Holiday rentals with a patio in Valeria del Mar

Bad information to check in check out was another time in the publication they let us in at 5:00 pm practically and the check-out they asked us at 10 , I had a problem with the lock they never answered me... and I had problems with the air at the beginning I slept the first night without air when it was the first thing I asked when I stayed , they do not warn you that they do not have sheets or towels and I had to make an expense that did not have the cleaning of the place was not in optimal condition so they charge they should improve these aspects

The apartment is very nice, well equipped, and comfortable. Its large balcony gives one more to the rooms. I was wrong about the spa, it's not as I thought. Too rough, very uncomfortable streets to transit by car. and the environment , outside the group of apartments , we don't like it. Not familiar.

We loved the place. We'd be back!! It's super accessible, close to downtown on foot. The area is cute. The apartment had Calefon so the water came out hot and the shower with very good pressure. The only thing I could say is that it's a shame the furniture on the terrace is so rusty that it couldn't be used. But the place is super bright and also has a roofed carport with access to the building. Everything was perfect! The building was always clean and very nice. We had a wonderful stay

Everything was excellent. We found the house in perfect condition, super well equipped, and personally appreciated and valued much more than looking at the photos. Everything that is electrodomestics, crockery and furniture is in very good condition and complete. We took advantage of the patio with the grill a lot. Nothing to say. Neither the house nor Susana, who was always pending any questions before, and during the stay. Highly recommended!!

I've been to the beach many times, and it was the best accommodation among them! The three families went to play and everyone was happy! The bed was so comfortable and tidy that it was nice. The kitchen was also equipped with everything. And Jacqui is the best host!! She was so kind and answered my questions quickly and perfectly👍🏻

We had an unforgettable few days at Agustina's house. Everything works perfectly. The house has all amenities as described. The beach is very close to the house we were able to walk. Agustina always responded quickly. Check-in and check-out were easy. 100% recommended experience.!!!!!

The house is lovely, comfortable and super equipped. I'm going back without a doubt, we spent a few incredible days with the family. Sofia is always attentive to what we needed and super flexible with the schedules. A ten!!!

The super cute complex and the apartment is very comfortable. The only thing that would be good would be if check-in was a little earlier and check-out a little later. Taking that out, everything is spotless!

Excellent apartment, very nice. The location is perfect, and so is the place. We only had one small inconvenience the first day they didn't leave us towels, which communicated with the host resolved everything the other day. I would come back a thousand times, highly recommended everything.

The stay in the David apartment was a very pleasant stay. Ideal for all ages. The place is shown as in the photos, the most important thing is cleanliness, it is very comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and has all the utensils and dishes complete and clean, it has a very nice balcony with its own grill that we use to celebrate the New Year. All are in good condition. It has its own garage with easy access, a very nice community pool and barbecue area, the pool was cleaned frequently. David was always attentive and responded instantly. I have already recommended the place to other friends, my family and I would definitely return. The price is according to what is offered. Thanks a lot, David ! My family and guests left very happy with the apartment.

Very nice monoambient, ideal for going to the beach that is two blocks away. The mattresses are very good and the shower is excellent. Also the kitchen is complete in case you have to do something to eat. Highly recommended.
