Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Utrecht

What a beautiful cottage! Fully equipped, a beautiful ground floor with large dining table and nice kitchen where you can cook extensively. Also the bathroom is downstairs, including the toilet. That is a small challenge with a small child at night to go down the narrow steep stairs... but of course that works fine. Upstairs are two bedrooms, equipped with lovely beds, nice night lights and cabinets / clothes rack. More than enough towels are available. You can easily walk to the center of Hoevelaken where you can do extensive shopping at various supermarkets and also enjoy shopping. In addition, there is a forest nearby where you can enjoy hiking. Parking is available on the road, there is plenty of space. In short, a very nice place that we definitely recommend!

We had a very nice few days in the holiday home of Roos and family. The house is very tastefully decorated, well equipped and spacious enough for us as a family of 2 adults and 3 kids (17, 15 and 12). You walk right into the woods and there are also cozy restaurants within walking distance. The cozy fireplace was an extra bonus and the deer who came by in the garden for a while. Recommended!

Our week end at Mickey’s was very nice. The house is very spacious and peaceful. We loved the big windows and the garden. We also enjoyed some trips to Amsterdam even if it is better to go by car rather than with public transport which are longer. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect (we were a group of 8 friends including 2 couples). Mickey was even available on during the week in case we needed some help or just to answer to our questions. There is a supermarket really close to the house (5 min by walk) which is also really helpful!

Beautiful spacious house with every comfort! We felt very welcome and at home.

A beautiful, classic and artistically decorated Dutch farmhouse on the edge of a gorgeous village surrounded by greenery and nature. The home had everything you need to feel immediately at home and comfortable with a a sense of quality and style. Fabulous backyard for the dog/kids and for the humans to enjoy drinks. Be prepared for the Dutch stairs! Some really lovely dining experiences on the doorstep and an easy walk. Bikes are also on offer for the full local experience. Huub was just charming...

Hermanus is a great person. He is very helpful. He made it easy for us to check in. (although it was quite late) The house is in a peaceful location. She responded quite quickly, heating the house for us in advance because we were cold (it was a little cold in the Netherlands). :) Hermanus is a wonderful person. He's very helpful. Upon arrival, the fireplace was already on and the space was nice and warm. Everything clean was clean. Very nice and calm environment

Melanie was the perfect host. Good communication and very helpful. The apartment is lovely and the location was perfect. A five minute walk to metro and in a neighborhood with excellent restaurants and near museums and a lovely canal. We loved Utrecht.

Jan Peter's house is very comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. The bus stop is right in front of the house, making it very convenient to travel. The supermarket is also very close, located just next to the alley by the house. I highly recommend Jan Peter's house.

Ilse’s home was really beautiful! Big rooms with a lot of windows to take in the beautiful scenery outside, but also quite cozy. We immediately felt comfortable and didn’t want t leave! It’s a lovely village with a great restaurants and quite close to a nature reserve where you can enjoy a lovely walk. All in all we highly recommend Naarden Vesting and Ilse’s place ☺️

10000/10 stay at Rachel’s place! Even with my last minute booking, Rachel still accommodated me. It was comfortable, clean, perfectly located, fully equipped with everything plus more. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the Netherlands. The trains and buses are walking distance so you can reach anymore in a great amount of time! Thank you Rachel!

Great, cozy place to stay in if you want something close to Amsterdam, but nice and quiet. Great to be on the water, supermarket/shops in a nice picturesque town 5 mins from the house and you’ll drive into Amsterdam in 10 mins. Host super responsive and smooth and flexible checkin and checkout. Recommend!

We found this place unexpectedly as my family and I prepared to attend a funeral of loved one. Michelle answered all our random questions from local florists to anything else in between. Exceptional hospitality and service.

Indeed an amazing house with good quality beds, bathrooms, super well equipped kitchen. The house is very large but feels very cosy and comfortable. Anything you need can be found in the house from coffee, milk frother and different kinds of milk to showergel, handcream etc Beds were supercomfortable with Beddinghouse linen, all rooms set up in different colors. With 8 bedrooms this was great for a weekend away with friends with all of us having our own room. The neighborhood is lovely with all the nature and water around.

Dear Chantal, Thank you so much for letting us stay at your house. There is nothing missing from this house, communication with you was very pleasant. The house is clean and corresponds to the description. From here, many excursions are possible on foot or by bike. The surrounding area offers not only beautiful nature, but also many cultural highlights such as museums and castles. If you want to spend a lazy day, the garden invites you to linger or you go to the swimming pool belonging to the holiday complex. We will come back...

Great home - everything you need on a beautiful canal in a lovely location. Easy access to Amsterdam and the local villages. Kind host and helpful communication throughout.

Lovely Airbnb in the country right across the street from hiking trails and close to a cafe and brewery. Very clean, quiet, spacious, and has everything you need for a great stay. Would highly recommend and if I am ever in the area, would definitely love to stay there again.
