House holiday rentals in Utopia

My guests and I enjoyed this place. One of the bests airbnb I’ve stayed so far. Everything was super clean. It’s a two story house. A nice, clean neighborhood, I felt very safe. It has a private driveway: The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal! All our meals were home cooked here. We used the outside grill and got to enjoy the heated pool. I really don’t have any complaints. I would definitely come back to this place.

This place is cute and cozy. Great price to have a swimming pool. Was very clean.

The place is in a quiet neighborhood , we had a big group of 11 people (counting in kids) - the 1 night stay was peaceful and refreshing. Thanks Gabriel!

Great place to stay. We have stayed in this home several times over the years in our travels to San Antonio. It is well maintained, the location is great, and the house is comfortable. The best part of it though is Ernesto and Alicia, the hosts of this property. They are friendly, communicate quickly, and take obvious pride in their property.

Perfect location for our trip. Leanna was a great host and extremely accommodating.

Overall, our experience was amazing! The house was very clean and we felt right at home. We appreciated Jordan's quick responses! Besides the game-room with the pool table, air hockey, Pac-Man, etc, the pool and hot tub were a huge hit for the kids! There was plenty of pool towels and the bathrooms were generously stocked with lots of bath towels! We had 6 adults & 6 kids during our stay, and everyone had plenty of space! We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay during Christmas holidays. Close to sea world and lots of restaurants close by. Daniel was very responsive all the time. Paid extra to get the pool heated but totally worth it. Used the home theatre for couple of movies and was quite amazing experience.

Me and my family stayed the weekend. Lindsey s was very helpful and willing to answer all questions. The home was absolutely beautiful, the scenery was beautiful! The home included everything you would possibly need on the trip. It’s walking distance from the river but given its low, it was very pretty nonetheless. ☺️

Communication was quick, place was clean and cute, and location was close to Seaworld. Home is a little older, but is kept up well and has more personality than many cookie-cutter homes. We had 13 in our party, including 6 kids. House was plenty big for us.

We absolutely loved this airbnb. My kids loved the game room and the outside area. Every room was clean, had a tv, and the beds were so comfortable. We were able to spend our first full day just hanging out and playing games. The kids said this was their favorite place we had stayed at. It was easy to find, super close to sea world, 20 mins from down town and the SA Zoo. Close to Heb and a great goodwill. We will absolutely be staying here again when we go down to San Antonio in the future.

One thing that really stood out about Ana Paula's place is we felt right at home. The house has everything a guest needs, it's clean, cozy, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay! Ana Paula communication was great and quick. Thank you!

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood,close to stores, and was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly was less than 10 minutes to the Air Force base as we were in town to see our son’s graduation. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! I will say the road next to the house can be a bit noisy at night, and parking on the street is rather difficult (if traveling with multiple vehicles). All in all it was a great stay! Hosts were very friendly and courteous to check in during our stay.

This was the best Airbnb stay that I have had. The home was beautiful, the hosts were very responsive and everything was laid out for us even a banner welcoming our airman. Everything was nice and clean in every room. We felt very relaxed and quite frankly at home in this Airbnb. I would definitely highly recommend this home and will use it again if I ever visited! Very beautiful and comfortable home. Everything was exactly as listed and so close to base that it make it great for our Airman to come back and relax after lunch. would recommend again and again.

We loved our stay. It was great for our family of 5. We were able to get to Garner State Park and Leakey very quickly. We enjoyed grilling out back and enjoying a fire in the fire pit on a beautiful evening. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

This house is beyond wonderful! The decor is so peaceful, rustic modern, tasteful touches. We loved every single thing in the house. Comfy couch was great for our evening chats. Super cute kitchen with possibly everything we would need if we decided to cook. It was quiet, super clean, comfortable beds. We loved it so much. Outdoor patio was very nicely decorated, clean. One of my new favorites on here. The pictures do not do it justice! This place was beautiful and zen. Everything was easy to use and accessible. Axel made it easy for us with friendly reminders. I love how it is decorated inside and I love the outside as well. My love and I had an amazing weekend here. The jacuzzi was his favorite, as it was a cold night but the tub was ready to go for us already and we watched our favorite show on Amazon prime on the big screen tv outside while soaking. It was perfect! I would 100% book this place again.

The house was beautiful with lots of space for a large group. So many sitting areas for great conversation amongst family and friends.

This was a perfect place for us when our family came together from all over for a Kerville wedding. It’s sort of three apartments: the main house with a king, queen and two double beds in three bedrooms and a nice kitchen; an upstairs to the converted garage with two bedrooms, and a downstairs to the garage with two bedrooms. In between was a great patio area with good shade and nice chairs for hanging out. Coffee in the mornings was lovely outside with lots of space.

This was our second time to stay at Amy’s place! It is the perfect place for a family looking to get away for a long weekend or hunting trip. Having acreage for the kids to run around on is a game changer! Highly recommend booking Amy’s house!
