Holiday rentals with a patio in Uspallata

The apartment is ideal for a few days stay in Mendoza. It is conveniently located and with many bus and tram connections.

Our stay at this apartment was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, communication with Valeria was fluid and very friendly. I provide all the necessary information, plus local recommendations to enjoy our visit even more. The apartment is located in a very central area, ideal for exploring the city. A few minutes away are restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions, which made our experience much more comfortable and convenient. Beds are comfortable, and bedding and towels of excellent quality. The kitchen is fully stocked, which was great for prepping our meals when we didn't want to go out. The bathroom is spacious and very clean, with good quality personal hygiene products. In addition, the apartment has an electric gate for more comfort and safety of the vehicle, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV. We look forward to returning soon.

We adored this apartment and had a really nice stay. Yanina was responsive and attentive while we were here. It's spacious and gets lots of sunlight. Peaceful and walkable neighborhood. We loved the yard which gets great sun in the daytime. The apartment was very clean. There's a bit of mildew in the shower that needs peroxide or something else, but that also seems very, very common in South America. We would absolutely stay here again. Yanina teaches a yoga class as well, and I wished we had been in town longer to be able to attend. Very cute and highly recommend staying here.

Exceeded our expectation! very comfortable king bed, spacious, clean and well-lit environments. We felt at home. Autonomous admission, and they even left us some delicious cookies, milk, coffee and sugar for breakfast. We went with a pet and was able to use the beautiful garden without problems. We were able to rest as no noise is heard. the pool looked spotless. we'll be back.

We feel very comfortable, Vika is always attentive to what we needed. The apartment was very nice, close to the Central Hospital which was what we needed, walking distance from downtown. We enjoyed the common space where we could share with the neighbors, and in fact we even shared the Christmas dinner with them. We really enjoyed our stadiums, we hope to return one day

excellent host, the house was agreed to the characteristics of the publication, tidy and quite safe, the area is nice and quiet, it is very close to the street where there were enough restaurants and areas to dance and share.

Our stay at this house was perfect! We were a group of 6 men and we felt very comfortable. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to help us with anything we needed. ¡We recommend this house for large groups or families, great location for walking around, close to the park and the central street.

I cannot recommend Sergio’s property enough. Incredible views overlooking the mountains and lake – which you can enjoy either from inside thanks to large windows or from the outdoor pool. Bonus: Sergio’s two pups are very friendly. While isolated, Google Maps provides exact directions and Sergio provides additional step by step photos to confirm that Google Maps is accurate. Sergio was very helpful before and during the stay. Highly recommend!

Truly a very nice hospadaje. The house is just as it looks in the photos, very spacious and comfortable especially for large groups. The ideal patio to rest after a day of activities. We received the house immaculately cleaned and prepared for our stay. Hosts are always willing to address any inconvenience quickly. The very friendly and respectful treatment. I highly recommend staying at "Casa Cabildo"

The place was just gorgeous! The architecture was impressive and the barbecue area with pool just great. And Mariano the best host! We reserved the house for our family before the wedding. He has an incredibly great chef and organized a super delicious asado for us. It was always super helpful, totally nice! Every day a super nice lady came to clean. Would recommend 100000 times again.

My experience in Johona's apartment was very satisfying. Easy access sector, very quiet and safe and close to the center. The area has many amenities nearby which made our stay nice.

Great location near the park and lots of restaurants/cafes. The neighborhood was wonderful. It was the perfect place to stay for my few weeks in Mendoza. The apartment was clean, had AC, and a kitchenette. Mariana met me for my early check in and showed me how to use the keys and the apartment. She had great recommendations too. If I ever visit Mendoza again, I would stay here again.

Was met at the door, helped with an earlier check-in, and felt right at home. Apartment was very comfortable and relaxing and very secure. Was easy to walk to San Martin park, the restaurants and shops nearby, and elsewhere in Mendoza city. Tour operators were able to collect us and return us to the address.
