Great place and great location. Very walkable to the beach. Storm recovery still happening and a lot of the restaurants are still closed. Game room and pool was great. Anything you need for the beach is provided. Angie is around if you need any help.

Great to see Captiva coming back to life. The condo was like new and only steps away from the beach. Sean was great to communicate with and very responsive to the few messages we sent in addition to checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great time!!

We loved this place!Frederico was a great host! House had everything you need!Comfy beds, laundry, etc.The house is private, even though attached at the corner to a neighbor.Plenty of space under the house to lounge and give children an extra space to play, sort shells ,swing on the swing or relax in the hammock.Great location..easy stroll to beach or club pool.LOVED having the reliable 6 seater golf cart! Such a joy to explore in roomy comfort! The other bonus we LOVED was the hottub!Really made our stay!Beach is wide now...beautiful sunsets, great shells.The island is still in recovery mode of hurricanes and really progressing but this house is in A-1 shape.Would love to visit again! Wonderful!

The Palm View unit was great. Everything was just like the pictures. Communication was fabulous. I prefer to be a little closer to the ocean with a view but it was a short walk. The bikes were a great addition and we enjoyed the outdoor lounging space. Shared laundry was free which was nice.

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!

A truly fabulous home and location. The description and photos in the listing were really good, but seeing it in person is even better. The beauty of the view, the pool, hot tub, kitchen (and outdoor kitchen), massive 85” TV in the great room, all made this an exceptional find. Amazing sunrises and sunsets can be viewed from the back yard. The home is right on the water and is very close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Thanks so much Kenneth for the great communication and for letting us stay in your home. Can’t wait to come back!

Elizabeth was so helpful when I needed anything. I had trouble getting into the house, but she quickly offered an alternative solution. The house was exactly as pictured/described and even better in person. I hope that I can reserve this place again in the future. 10/10 recommend.

We had a great stay at Bill’s place for my birthday. My kids came and the dogs. We had a boat delivered to the house and went to a private beach only boats could get to. Took it for lunch. Fished off the dock out back. Having the in law suite was great as my 18 year old son felt like he had his own place. Pool was a warm 85. Delightful. We will be back. There were bikes and kayaks and paddle boards and games and a ping pong table. Plenty to do.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It is very convenient to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and grocery shopping. We love the private pool area (very nice and clean). Very comfortable spot for a family vacation. We would definitely return again in the future.
