Nothing to discuss: it's a great place for a vacation. The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Four cars can easily fit in the parking lot. Very close to the beach and downtown Sellin. In the immediate vicinity, restaurants and pubs. This house has no downsides and the upstairs deck is just insane and perfect for relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

The equipment of the house Carl left nothing to be desired, rather everything necessary was at hand that you need for a few days with self-catering. The house itself is very bright, charmingly located in the garden of Villa Anna and offers small oases with chairs and tables in the garden so that you can enjoy your coffee and breakfast in the morning in peace. The way to the beach can be reached in a few minutes and also through the forest which could hardly be more beautiful. Thanks again to the warm owner and landlady - so you imagine rest and draw strength.

We had a lovely holiday right on the beach in a well-kept area. The house is well equipped and communication with the owners was very accommodating when the dishwasher broke. The bikes in the shed and also the wagon had to be taken care of by us first, which was not bad, because where do you get such equipment?! Here and there, the furnishings are a bit outdated. But still everything is great! Thank you

We enjoyed Jens's house very much. It is very bright, modern and quiet. There was everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We greatly enjoyed our weekend there. Within walking distance you are on the beach. Perfect for a morning or evening walk. In a few minutes drive you can reach Stralsund with all its amenities. Jens is very friendly, gives excursion tips and was quick to respond to messages.

Fantastic property 15 mins from the main village with large private garden with plenty of chairs and tables of the weather is good. The house was perfect, everything you needed for a large group. We were having a work team retreat and the space worked perfectly for team workshops and making meals together Defiantly recommended

The rented cottage with a pool turned out to be the perfect place for a holiday getaway. The owner was very kind and helpful, and the peace and quiet was conducive to relaxation. The house was comfortably equipped, making us feel at home. We enjoyed our time at the pool, and the surrounding forest added charm. It's a great place for a peaceful getaway close to nature.

The hosts were very nice and we had a nice time. The facility was very tidy and clean. Unfortunately, many restaurants were still closed in the off-season. The Baltic Sea beach was great. Price - performance was right and the place is recommended.

Thank you very much for the pleasant stay. The accommodation was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for 2 families. We especially liked the pool and the playground in front of the door as well as the private barbecue. It is also very good that the whole area is fenced in, so you don't have to check every few minutes to make sure the children haven't run out into the street. The beach can be reached on foot within 10-15 minutes. Shopping facilities are just around the corner. We recommend the accommodation and will be happy to return at the next opportunity.

We were two couples each with a two-year-old child and spent a week together there. The accommodation was super nice, clean and well equipped. There are even toys and books for kids of all ages. Elisabeth and her husband are very friendly and accommodating and always very helpful. The garden property with sauna is also very nice. The surroundings offer plenty of great excursion destination and a small beach with playground on site. We would come back anytime.
