Beautiful, simple, well designed house. I really adore this place, the view is breathtaking, the natural pool is amazing with view of the sea down below, very close to town but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the nature surrounding the house on all sides. It felt like I was home.

Its impossible to describe this place. It has everything you need to have the time of your life. The check in was really easy, and Tinho and Dita, who are the house keepers, made us feel right at home, with some really cold coconut water. It is ridiculously close to a perfect beach. Amazing cooking area, with all that you need. Swimming pool is great and right in front of the grill. We already spoke to Kamala, who is an amazing hostess, and are definitely coming back. Just go.

Our stay at the house was wonderful. The place is paradisiacal, much more beautiful than in the ad. The house is complete, we miss only utensils for the pet, such as a canister of water or feed. Maybe it's the only thing (and demanding a lot) we miss. Alex received us very well, Marcelo was very attentive in communication and very polite, we decided to extend another day and he was very kind to help us. We'll be back for sure soon and recommend it to everyone.

New and large house. Planned to make the stay the most comfortable. Be careful in every detail (pool, umbrellas and chairs, furniture, bathroom finish, house safety) and also a lot of attention on the part of the housekeeper Bruno. The location is very good, at the same distance from Ilhéus and Itacaré, which you can enjoy the area if you are going to stay for many days. The local beach is very close to the house, has long strip of white sand and good sea for bathing.

The accommodation was super quiet, comfortable chalet, it has everything you need, everything is working well. Dênis is a good host, very attentive. Excellent location

The perfect little house! I could live in it. The double, delicious bed, the kitchen had everything we need. The photos are super faithful to the site. Sylvia's mother was the one who received us super well and would return there for sure. A lot of nature and silence around. We love it.

The place is spectacular, the bungalow has everything and a little bit, very well equipped! Your Felipe was super attentive, sent us indications of tours and places to eat. I thought this was the most, it helped us a lot! The city is very cozy, the bungalow is WONDERFUL, it has everything! Chairs and parasol, cookware (up to oven). At the reception we get chocolate and a sabonetizis, that makes all the difference to me. This accommodation does not lose anything to a hotel, we did not have any concerns. All questions that arose, your Felipe answered us promptly! You know that quiet place just open the bungalow's door and a few steps, we're already on the beach. the apartment is excellent, exactly as described and the photos. The beach is beautiful, quiet and is just a few meters from the ap. The first day we had piriri, most likely because of the water. We received the indication to buy the 20l gallon, but we suspected that it was not potable mineral water, after the exchange for 1.5L market water they all improved. We also had problems with the air-conditioning of one of the rooms which caused a lot of discomfort.

Accommodation according to listing. Aldo responded whenever we need and was careful with us! Quiet and familiar place, for those looking to rest and stay away from unrest. It needs transportation to get to Ilhéus or Itacaré and have access to more sophisticated restaurants, since, next to the condominium, it has only very simple places, and no menu options. I suggest taking things to prepare your own meal and do not need to travel to eat. I also suggest, bring games, to occupy the evenings. The beach is beautiful, the sand appears to have mixed gold powder. We intend to come back more often!

Very beautiful space, clean and organized. Cordial service. 24-hour concierge with very helpful staff. We had only a small hydraulic problem, which was solved. I recommend and would stay again onsite.

Wonderful accommodation, as per listing photos. Large, comfortable apartment with a beautiful beach view. We stood at 10 people and it was super quiet . The beach is great for bathing, but does not have barracas infrastrutura. Very nice pool area. Super attentive host, responds quickly to all Messages. We'll be back for sure.

It was wonderful vacation days and Dalva and Karl's house was key to that. The place is very cozy, clean, organized and with good quality beds and sheets. The beach is beautiful, safe and with little movement. Ideal for families with children.

My stay was excellent, we had no problem, super organized and clean apartment, good decoration. Mr. Milton always available. The beach in front is great for bathing and hiking. My children loved it, we even added one day to our stay. However, you need to have a car to reach other beaches, restaurants and markets. Nothing too far away, 20 minutes is in the center of Serra Grande. The condominium itself needs painting and maintenance, but the apartment and the beach make up. I'll come back other times.

Marcilene and John are wonderful guests, always willing to help us and recommend things around the city. The house is impeccable, exactly as in the pictures and description. The location is great, 1 minute walking from the beach of Concha and about 5 minutes from the Center. I recommend the house!
