The most beautiful and homely cottage in Urubamba

HelenRating, 5 stars40 months ago
This is a wonderful base for exploring the Sacred Valley. We stayed for a week here and loved it. A beautifully decorated home full of textiles and antiques, the house is set in a wooded garden of eucalyptus trees shared with a few other houses. Our kids loved running around and playing in the trees. Urubamba has a great bakery (ask Lucia for tips). The Incan ruins and local sites are a short drive away. We did a wonderful walk to the Perolniyoc waterfalls and ruins. Highly recommended!

PERAYOC Cozy Blue Bungalow in Sacred Valley

SophiaRating, 5 stars38 months ago
We really enjoyed our stay at Juan’s place. The ultra king size bed is the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in. The room looks so much better in person than in pictures and is very private. The garden is beautiful with colorful flowers, birds and a stream. It feels like a sanctuary. Juan was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed in Urubamba. He offered to drive us around the city center to get some delicious bakery and do money exchange. He also offered us snacks and juice when he had some extra. It really felt like staying with a family member. Urubamba is a lovely city. The location makes a one day trip to Machu Picchu so easy. Mario, our driver is also very dependable and drives us anywhere and anytime we wanted for many days. We will definitely be back next time we visit the sacred valley.

Space very beautiful, more than what it shows in the photos. Wonderful view, impeccable rooms, bed, very good towels. Delicious breakfast. We were treated with cordiality and sympathy, I loved the stay, I certainly think about returning and recommend it.

Casa Urubamba, beautiful vacation home, Sacred Va

MarielaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
This house is stunning! The inside and the outside even better! We had a great relaxing time and enjoy the outdoors area (especially traveling with a small kid). The location is super quiet and private but the access kinda tricky! Be prepare for a very narrow and uneven road. I think it would be important to mention that the house comes with a house keeper person who needs to be pay daily out of your reservation, and that is not optional. We loved to have help in the house, but raised up our budget, for sure. Other than that Bruno, Daysi and then Flora are great! And you are going to love to stay in here :)

Sacred Valley House, quite, clean and confortable.

KimberlyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We LOVED this beautiful space and appreciated the way Alvin helped us along our stay with his connections. He knows someone for everything:) He even helped us find someone to help us with our dog. There is a big yard, an outdoor kitchen area that we made pizza with. The kitchen inside has lots of the tools you need to make your meals-even salt from the Maras! There were blankets to stay warm (no heat in Peru was something we didn't think about ahead of time). We had a few issues with hot water (only in the morning) but he walked us through the heating system. We also struggled with consistent wifi (that was hard for work-from-home-via-video-needs) but Alvin really worked with us to get a technician to come out a few times until the problem was solved. You will appreciate the small details, and the big ones too at this place. The host has really taken good care of the space and takes good care of his guests too. Thank you Alvin for making Peru such a wonderful stop on our adventure.
