Colin was a very responsive and attentive host. Met us at check in and reviewed our list of things to do with suggestions. Was also very accommodating on check out day with allowing us to stay at the apartment until we left for the airport later in the day. The apartment was quaint and wonderfully maintained. A bit off the beaten path, so we had to take ubers to our destinations, but still worth staying there. It enabled us to be more adventurous in exploring different NOLA neighborhoods.

The studio was beautiful and relaxing with lots of windows and French doors. The brick patio was lovely with mature trees and enchanting birds flying through early in the morning. Is located in an extremely quiet very safe neighborhood with plenty of street parking. The central location allows for easy access to the Fair Grounds, the FRENCH Quarter as well as downtown restaurants. We had a marvelous time with many recommendations provided by our thoughtful host.

Elizabeth's place is spacious and immaculately clean. A great base. It is necessary to get cabs to/from the apartment, because you cross a few sketchy areas, but I used Lyft (taxi app) and found it pretty cheap and really easy. Second Lines pass right by! Elizabeth was so helpful. I would go back.

First of all, Don’t skip this one! Amazing is an understatement. We absolutely adored this boutique air bnb. Vintage pieces, amazing lighting and ambience. Hot tub is a huge plus! What a deal too! Sparkling clean but full of character and charm. Everything you need and more. Super cute and romantic. We will absolutely be back!

Good place to stay with your pups for a short stay in NOLA. Marigny is a cute, quiet neighborhood with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants just a stones throw from Elisa and Matt’s place.

Very pleased with our stay. The location is perfect, super peaceful and so close to getting to the French quarter and surrounding areas. We did not meet Maxie and Lydia in person, but did message us as soon as we checked in to let us know they were available if anything was needed. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed!! We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

Wow what a location! If what you want is super easy and safe walkability to all of Magazine Street, the Garden District and the Loyola/Tulane campuses and a comfy bed with a really gorgeous bathroom, book this spot now. If you want a lean-in to luxury or a full living room and a place to easily cook or eat take out, please read Jacob’s full description. As he says, this is a kitchenette and not a kitchen. And in the sitting are you have 2 small barrel chairs. My wife and I made coffee and then walked and wandered all day. This was perfect for us with a 10/10 location and way less than half what an ok hotel would have cost. Thanks for the flexibility on our check our time!

The location was perfect for our needs. Easy access, very spacious with many beds to choose from. Full kitchen, Washer and dryer everything our work crew needed for their stay. Very friendly and responsive host. He was easy to work with on our long term stay. Would definitely recommend Javier's rental.

I loved staying at Brenda's! The apartment itself was beautiful and charming. Just sitting out on the porch felt like a vacation. The home itself was clean and comfortable, and it was located right on Magazine Street, and easy walk from many shops and restaurants. Brenda communicated clearly, kindly, and proactively. I'd highly recommend this stay!

Perfect location for visiting our Tulane student. Host made the whole process of checking in/out very easy with complete detailed directions.

Ozues place is super comfortable and has a lot of amenities. We were in town for the Eras Tour and we found the location to be pretty central. The only downside is that it does face a freeway which can be pretty noisy especially on weekends. If you are a light sleeper definitely pack earplugs. Other than that this is a great stay.

What a gem in New Orleans. An awesome place! Everything is so nice and clean. Great layout! Nice bathroom and shower. A sink,keurig,small fridge,microwave,washer and dryer in a room. A large closet area. Easy in and out. It is gated which made us feel very safe. The people in the neighborhood were very nice but they do party. Maybe some loud music can be heard in the daytime but at night it is so quiet. If you have a complaint about your stay here,I'm sorry but you are very picky! If we are back in New Orleans this well be our #1 pick! Thank you very much for hosting us!!!! Happy New Year!

Just an extremely comfortable, well and thoughtfully furnished place, with very nice touches such as a free Netflix account, half and half and seltzer in the fridge, and a lovely private garden. Close to many great restaurants, Gracious Bakery for coffee, Creole Creamery for ice cream, and Prytania Theatre for movies. Whenever I had a question or issue, Jim or Pam would respond immediately and sensitively. The only caution I would give is to read carefully the size of the place. It was perfect for me for a week, but it is not big. All in all, a fabulous home away from home in New Orleans.

I enjoyed my stay, it was cozy and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the fenced in back yard for the convenience of letting my pup out. Danielle was very nice and considerate and communicated well. I felt at home. I enjoyed walking the neighborhood daily with my pup. Lots of lovely homes and live oaks to enjoy. And a large Sniffspot location was only a block away. That was perfect for allowing my pup to get her zoomies out daily.

Eves place was super comfortable for our family of 5 and exactly what we wanted for our stay. Close enough to everything but peaceful and quiet when we wanted it to be. The house had very comfortable furniture and beds, everything was clean and there was local recommendations for restaurants and activities plus an awesome welcome basket. All in all a great stay. Eve also accommodated us arriving really late at night which was great.

The place was nice and cozy. The Tiki bar and screened in porch I"d wish I was able to enjoy however being in a historical(1/21/25) snowstorm prevented that from happening. Our host was excellent! Looking forward to staying there again!

Beautifully furnished, very clean and extremely cozy unit. Kichen had all utensils and crockey in very good condition. Kitchen was super-stocked with assorted snacks and cooking condiments. Sarah was very responsive and thoughtful. We really appreciated the basket of fruits provided to us on arrival/check-in. We were also provided with useful local recommendations for food. The property was situated in a clean and quiet neighborhood, free parking was provided on premises and 15-20mins away from Bourbon St and French Quarter. Great experience overall.

Clean but old section of a house. Outstanding location! We shouldn’t have gone to French Quarter at all, would’ve been happier staying the evening at Algiers Point, walking around the cute neighborhood! Awesome, historic, safe, kind people, kid-friendly. Great communication and flexibility on check-in. Fabulous stay!

We have stayed with Helen before and so we knew what to expect. The apartment is very "New Orleans" with high ceilings and wood floors. Helen has many nice modern touches (USB ports on night tables and end tables and good WiFi, comfortable heating system and also fans, easy to use TV with access to local and cable channels). It was great having a washer and dryer with easy to understand instructions and which functioned well also. The bedroom is comfortable with ample space to hold clothes. The kitchen is ideal for breakfast, lunch and simple dinners. Helen had some items already available (local coffee, tea, instant oatmeal, for example). Bathroom was clean with lots of good towels and washcloths. Helen was always available and also reaches out periodically to see if we needed anything. There is a lot of street work but that is common in big cities. One can easily walk to the St Charles streetcar (6 to 7 blocks away) which cost 0.40 (exact change needed) for seniors to get downtown.

Our stay was wonderful! Jay and A were perfect hosts. The courtyard was full of plants with a peaceful water fountain which we enjoyed each evening. Inside was fabulously BoHo Chic with everything we needed and more. Perfect space for 2, fresh and clean! As hosts, they were both responsive and pro-active touching base with us. Highly recommend staying here. We walked almost everywhere. Awesome restaurants nearby and so many nice people! Hope to stay with Jay and A again!!!!!
