Beautiful and very roomy and spacious house. Warm and comfortable. Well equipped.Particularly for the two dogs - utility room and nice secure garden and park very close. Great to have 4 x bathrooms/shower rooms. Great walking distance into town. Thouroughly enjoyed our stay.

Molly was a great host. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Great recommendation from Molly about The Old Horns Pub, lovely ambience and great food!!

We were looking for somewhere to stay near Hebden Bridge to explore the local area and I'm so glad we found this place. The cottage is beautifully decorated and full of character and the surroundings are just superb. I hadn't heard of Luddenham /Luddenhamfoot before. Beautiful quirky place. Percect if you like hills! We didn't find parking a problem as there was always a space on the road nearby.

Excellent property, very clean and Dan was always at the end of the phone for anything we required, including recommendations for the family trip. Highly recommended.

The house was in a great location, close to shops, pubs and the canal. We always managed to get a parking space close by. We enjoyed our stay, designed to catch up with extended family from Yorkshire and Manchester. Beds were very comfortable and it was lovely and quiet, so a great night's sleep. The dog loved his morning walks by the canal. We had lovely meals at Stubbing Wharf and The White Lion Inn.

10/10 air bnb experience. Straight forward easy check in. Very homely environment with plenty of amenities (even dog treats for our dog which I thought was a very thoughtful touch). Very good host, saw once at check in to explain a few things and didn’t see again but was easily reachable if we needed assistance. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for Peak District walking holidays or something close to Manchester with a more rustic country side feel to it. Plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops all within driving (or walking depends who you are) distance of a matter of minutes. Thank you Claire, if we’re ever back up in the peaks we know where we’ll be staying.

As always cottage, was beautifully clean and prepared for us and our dog. As we ate in this time were impressed that all the utensils needed were there, hosts were as attentive and welcoming as always. Highly recommend the cottage and will definitely be returning.

Everything was in great working order. All radiators were working well. Both shower rooms were supplying hot water without any problems. We would stay again.

Myself and my two young children stayed at the Hobbit, along with our dog, we had a great 3 night stay. It’s a lovely caravan, well decorated and very comfy, with everything you’d need. The hobbit is in a quiet and peaceful part of the site, with great access to local walks and Longridge. My children aged 6 & 7 liked the crazy golf, swimming pool and the activities going on in the other part of the site, it’s a very short walk, but if this isn’t for you, you far enough away not to be disturbed. Robert and Pippa were very welcoming, with excellent communication before and through out our stay. I took advance of their dog sitting/walking for one of the days. My dog had the best time with their dog Forest. I highly recommend this. It’s a lovely caravan, in a lovely spot, I’d love to come back and explore the Ribble valley further. I can highly recommend the Hobbit.

Had a lovely stay at Julie and Steve’s place, the caravan was clean, cosy well equipped and perfectly situated within the campsite. The swimming pool onsite was lovely and warm and at the time we went not too busy. The area and the scenery is lovely with plenty of local walks but also close enough to Manchester and Blackpool to add variety.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse - the postcode took us to the farm, but the cottages were close by and easy to find. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and there was plenty of space for 10. The kids loved the swimming pool and football field. Highly recommended.

Great place for a get together, pool was nice and warm and kids loved it. Also useful to have different cottages so everyone could get a nap or work done. Would recommend

Took our parents here for Christmas and it was perfect. The cabin is spotless, excellent quality bedding and dishes. Really were able to make ourselves home. The kitchen is beautifully equipped, Christmas dinner was a complete success. Our hosts were really lovely and despite having an issue with the electricity, Jeremy made it his priority and had it sorted out in no time with minimal disruption to us. The site itself is a little run down but they are in the process of updating it. Twin room was a little smaller than it looked in the photographs but everything else was exacts you see it. I would definitely recommend this location for walkers.

Great value for money. Can't stress enough how friendly and reliable the staff were. We had a lovely week stay, the house was clean, the beds were comfy and the scenery was perfect. We were informed of the booking system for the swimming pool and games room, so you could have the room to yourself which was great. The pool was clean, the games room was kept tidy and the house surroundings were really lovely to walk around. You can tell the grounds were well maintained and kept in good shape as the workers never stopped, but were always so friendly. This property is perfect for bike riders, walkers and pub crawlers. You couldn't get bored.

We loved our stay at the cottage. Festively decorated and we had a nice welcome surprise on arrival. Check-in was super easy and we had quick replies with any queries we had. Comfy beds and vintage decor and furniture. Only negative was that I thought the radiator in the double room wasn’t working, until check out day when I realised it was just turned down to zero! So I was chilly most nights! 🤣. The swimming pool was great and we had it all to ourselves which was a bonus. I didn’t see the games room but friends kids that visited had a great time there. I would recommend and I would stay again for sure!

Lovely place, a perfect family home-from-home with a lot of nice touches. On-street parking is very tight and the shower is very feeble and inconsistent temperature but those are the only tiny quibbles.

From the time we booked we were made to feel that John and Christine were waiting to welcome us to their lovely cottage. We had clear directions and John was there to welcome us when we arrived. He showed us round the cottage, gave us helpful advice about eating places, etc and he was there if we needed to check anything out (although everything was really fine and we didn't need to trouble him). The cottage is super - part of an old farmhouse on their working farm, surrounded by fields and lovely scenery. The cottage is extremely well equipped and, to our surprise, there were lots of lovely welcome treats, including prosecco, mulled wine, lovely chocolates, etc etc. Such a wonderful welcome for our 'twixmas' mini break. The area is very attractive and well placed to visit places like Haworth and Skipton, which we did. We would certainly recommend this lovely cottage and want to thank John and Christine for making our stay so enjoyable.

I stayed here with my girlfriend over valentine's weekend, we had a really lovely stay. The barn is very cosy and is great for peak district walks straight from the front door! Gemma (the host) is very friendly, proactive and remarkably responsive to messages. The kitchen is well equipped and there is even a small TV for rainy days/evenings. Thank you for a great weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at Sam and Annie’s place. The cottage is so spacious for two people, and was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and plenty of firewood to keep the fire going. Just down the road from the Monsal Trail, we enjoyed walking into Bakewell and exploring the area. The local pub does great food too! We would happily return. Sam and Annie were always reachable and willing to help with whatever we needed. Thanks again!!

we can't thank Wendy enough for letting us stay in her home. It is a gorgeous home from home cottage. She has literally thought of every single detail even down to hot water bottles and lego for ghe children. Our whole family did not want to leave. The cottage was absolutely spotless on arrival. Beds are extremely comfortable! Location is perfect aswell. Wendy gave full instructions to make our stay so easy We hope to visit again soon *****

The lodge was beautiful, spotless, and very private. Great location too! The hosts were amazing we had a small issue with a piece of equipment malfunctioning. I cannot stress how responsive the host was . Not only were they immediately trying to fix it but we got another lodge to finish our stay in. I cannot stress honestly say they went above and beyond! Fabulous hosts and amazing lodges!
