Very nice two-level apartment in a historic house. Nice view of Untersee directly opposite the back door. Very well equipped. Great location in the middle of Berlingen, which is small but has a couple of really nice restaurants, a good bakery and a quality butchers. Marco and Sara were fantastic friendly hosts, with great communication!

Beautiful surroundings, clean apartment at a reasonable price. All in all highly recommended.

Michael went out of his way to take care of us. Responded quickly to requests. The apartment is beautifully decorated. Everything you need for a short trip. The kitchen is also well equipped, so you can quickly fix a little something. Even a fruit basket was provided to welcome us.

The welcome was very warm and welcoming. Very friendly. We felt very much at home. You will also have your privacy and all the amenities needed. The rain shower was a wonderful plus. And the seating areas in the garden were great! Furthermore, within walking distance to the village center, a beach nearby on Lake Constance, bus stop nearby, shops and bakery within walking distance, etc. We had a good time and find this place highly recommended and value for money

We, family of three, stayed over Christmas visiting our family in Balingen and everything met our needs. Very clean and spotless apartment. Quiet surrounding, less than 1,5 km to the nice center of Balingen. We had a car and it was nice to have private parking. We highly recommend staying at this apartment 😊

Have stayed at B&B many times and this time in Marco was the most satisfying👍 if coming to Rui is a 10 recommendation for Marco!! The living environment is clean and casual, and there is a lake nearby to take a leisurely walk and everything you need for a stay! In addition, Marco is a very nice person, although there was a jet lag at the time, but the response was 10 times faster, 10 points recommended to stay longer!Will be back when I get the chance! Lastly nice to meet you Marco!!!!🥰

It was a great weekend. The accommodation was really great. The only small criticism is that it was a bit cold in the apartment even though the radiators were turned on. Otherwise, everything is tip top.

We had a wonderful time with our two kids. The apartment is perfectly equipped and very thoughtfully furnished. Games and books for big and small, coffee, tea and hot chocolate, spices, hygiene and cleaning utensils: everything else you have to either get on site during a stay in an apartment or carry it from home. Baker right in the house next door. For us, it almost felt like a hotel! We enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna in the annex. Jana and Adrian gave us great tips for things to do and restaurants nearby and were really perfect hosts. We will be happy to come back!

We felt like at home, wonderful place to stay. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The wooden house is an inspiration.

The apartment is beautifully and quiet. You can easily find a parking space on the street. Very stylish and tasteful decor - with everything you need. It all worked out and we would rent the apartment again immediately if an Ulm stay is considered.

Here is everything you need for a few days. The hosts are great- hospitable, likeable, friendly communicative. You have en-suite bathrooms. Even the bed is good. There was even extra service on Sunday ;-)

Peter and Pija have created a wonderful opportunity to relax in the Allgäu and to be able to reach their sights quickly. If you want to relax in a stylish ambience for a few days and occasionally plan excursions to the Allgäu, this is the place to be!

very warm welcome, friendly, open hosts. Ambience wonderful. Beautiful hiking trails can be reached in 1 minute from the castle. Very large garden. Very quiet location but excursions in all kinds of directions wonderfully feasible. Swimming lake 10 minutes by car. Anytime again, just beautiful!

Great host and a great location for an unforgettable weekend!

We were completely satisfied. Easy communication. Very quiet idyllic location of the house with beautiful garden, but in a small place with little infrastructure and yet a little out of the way. At least there's a baker there. The supermarket is about 15 minutes away by car. The house is very cozy furnished and really fully equipped. The kitchen is also a bit small, but has everything you need. High-quality strainer coffee machine. Plenty of space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Space to park directly at the house for 2 vehicles (garage and parking space in front of it), but access is quite steep. Wifi fast enough to make video calls from there. Clear recommendation, we (family with 3 generations) would vacation there again in a heartbeat!

The place is very peaceful and private, and the host is very kind
