Townhouse holiday rentals in University City, Philadelphia

I enjoyed staying here. The photos in the listing do a great job at showing the space and was a close 7 minutes to center city. All amenities like towels, shower gel, shampoo were included. The host had great communication and the checkout procedure was very easy. I would easily decide to stay here again.

Sean and Anne were great to allow us to stay at their house when we had a last minute cancellation. The place is huge; our family of four had plenty of room to relax after exploring Philly. The kitchen is fully equipped, we couldn’t use the patio or rooftop because we had snow, but the house was the perfect shelter for the little storm we had. Communication was smooth, with simple check in and check out instructions. There are a lot of details in each room (like bottles of water, chargers, games, snacks) to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay, like we did.

We loved this place! Three of us had a long weekend here, and it was the perfect location to walk all over the city, and then come back and feel cozy while still having space to spread out. The place is super homey and had all the little amenities we needed for making meals and spending time together. We also so appreciated that Leslie let us know the place was ready early on our day of check-in: that made logistics much smoother. We really hope to return in the future!

Gorgeous place, beautiful and homey. Very quiet street, peaceful and comfortable bedroom, very cozy living room and desk area on the second floor. Kitchen was well stocked and comfortable. Slept well each night and was warm and cozy even with the frigid temperatures. Great location!

Valerie's place is a great place to stay in Philadelphia. It is on a quiet, residential street with lots of places nearby to walk to. The designated parking spot was great to have right outside the front door! We never had trouble with parking our vehicle even though we mainly walked to the local coffee shops, fabulous restaurants (Zorba's), and Philadelphia sites. The city sites are within walking distance if one is up to it. The accommodation is exactly as described and Valerie is such a great host and we didn't have any trouble with the Air B&B or communicating with the host! The space was warm, clean & perfect for what we were wanting to do in the city!

Tuan has a very beautiful home and great space for a family to stay. He left us a bottle of wine for the holidays and is the best host. He is fast at responding to messages and this is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at his home. 5 stars all the around and would definitely stay here on my next trip.

Samantha’s place is beautiful and very conveniently located! It was the perfect place for our family to stay while we visited Philadelphia. The place was clean and comfortable. It’s nice that each bedroom has a bathroom. The rooftop deck has a great view. Samantha was super responsive and was very kind to let us keep our luggage at her place until we had to leave for the airport. The neighborhood is adorable and walkable distance to a lot of cute cafe and restaurants. I’d stay here again!

We booked Megan's house for my mom, who was in town to visit her grand kids. Megan was in contact the entire time we reached out with any questions. My mom loved the place and wants to book it every time she is back in town. Thank you Megan for making her experience a comfortable and memorable one.

The place was came as advertised. We were in town for 3 Phillies games and the location was perfect, a 10 minute Uber ride to the ballpark. The unit had everything we needed and was clean and updated. We loved it!

Beautiful place in a lovely location! A group of 7 of us were in town to enjoy some music, food, and art. There is an unused room in the basement that would hold an air mattress as well. Some furniture on the rooftop would be a nice addition, as the weather was amazing for our entire stay! This is in a great location with countless restaurants, a pharmacy, and a grocery store within a 5-minute walk or less. It may be nice to have a small cart for groceries/supplies as parking in the area is VERY scarce and you will definitely want to walk as much as possible. Highly recommend this host!! We will most likely be looking to book here again next year! It had everything we needed and was very clean!

Great location - right in the middle of Drexel. Newly renovated interior - very nice.

Super easy to find and walk to south Philly/queen village places. Great parking. Plenty of space for two moms and two 12 yo boys. They even enjoyed throwing a football in the courtyard/parking area. The hosts were super communicative as well!

We had a great stay at Victors home, location is great, close to restaurants, shops and train. Quiet and the roof was lovely. Victor was super responsive and helpful.

A perfect spot in South Philly to explore the city. Fabulous coffee at Herman's just down the street

The steep, narrow, winding stairs (hold on tight) are worth it to stay in this small gem in a wonderful neighborhood. It’s so well-appointed and expertly designed that you will forget its size. Lovely light and beautiful art complete this urban abode. Plus the shower is heavenly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gabrielle’s place. It truly felt like home and went above and beyond what is normally included in an Airbnb. The extra touches of decor and some toiletries and snacks in the kitchen was very appreciated. Gabrielle was a very responsive host and nothing was too difficult. If we ever find ourselves in Philly again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay.

Great place right in Fairmont, walking distance to art museum. Good neighborhood. Street is very narrow but you can usually find a parking spot. Clean and well stocked with all the basic supplies. Beds are comfortable.

Scott is my new gold standard for AirBnB hosts. He was proactive, thoughtful, and really went the extra mile to make our relatively short stay in Philly very comfortable. His place is great for a small group of friends, and has a real luxury touch. It felt warm and cozy during our December stay, and I would bet it makes a great spot during the summer with outdoor space and roof access. Next time I come back to Philly, I'm reaching out to Scott first.

We had a great time at Michael’s place! The fireplace was so nice and cozy and the location to everything is perfect. Michael was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for things to do. Would definitely stay here again when we come to Philly!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway, Would Highly Recommend

We had an amazing stay at Sebastian’s place! The best part about our stay was Sebastian’s responsiveness - we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment (Note: please read check-in instructions very carefully) and he responded immediately to help us at 4am!!! Forever grateful to him for this. On top of this, the apartment had everything you might need to feel at home, including cozy seating, a great sound system, huge towels, and comfortable beds. Everything was extremely clean and the unit felt uncluttered.

Amanda’s location was very accurate and walkable to many stores restaurants and a planet fitness. Street parking is free on many streets in the area and wasn’t too difficult to find earlier in the days and early evenings during our stay. Stairs are steep. The main shower was incredible with three different shower heads! The place made our brothers engagement party weekend go without a hitch and Amanda was very responsive and friendly!

Beautifully decorated and truly feels like home--Marina's Airbnb was the perfect spot for a weekend staycation. Check in was super easy and we never had trouble finding parking right on the block. Marina was super communicative, and she's also taken the extra step of providing all the info you may need in the welcome packet. Everything you need is within 10-15mins. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe. Overall everything we were looking for!
