Holiday rentals with a pool in Union Station, Denver

Beautiful place and location! Very clean and had everything we needed! Katelyn was the perfect host! Can’t wait to stay here again!

In a word, awesome! We took our annual family vacation this year in Denver to coincide with Christmas. With a group of 7 young adults (28-37) plus my wife and me, we wanted a place where we could all be together under one roof but with plenty of space for everyone. Jessica's place checked every box and then some. The house is perfect for a group of this size and the location makes it easy to get everywhere from downtown Denver to the mountains. And the responsiveness of Jessica is amazing. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Denver. You will not be disappointed.

My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

We loved everything about this house & host! The house was beautifully furnished with everything we needed and then some! It was clean, tidy & beautifully appointed. Sabine obviously knows how to have fun and make people feel at home. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets for the cool evenings. The foose ball table was a blast and the kids bedroom was so cute and full of toys! If you have young children they will love it!! The yard was landscaped nicely and the back patio offered many comfortable seating options, plenty of shade and a pool! Sabine had thought of everything and provided all the necessities plus many little extras. She was proactive with instructions & offered many ideas for things to do, beautiful scenic drives & things to see. The neighborhood was quiet, nice, safe and made for a nice evening walk. Location is great! Close to everything. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

The house was beautiful and well kept. It had a restful ambiance. Neighborhood was also inviting. There were a lot of walkable trails close by which was a major plus. Neighborhood is also close to amenities including coffee shops and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed this day, and would look to staying there again when visiting Denver. Thx for everything Sydney. The Art House is a fantastic and welcoming property. Our family has the most relaxed Thanksgiving there. The space is amazing good together and separate space. It is super comfy and Peter was fantastic, so responsive and kind. The art and plants in the house added to the charm. Next time in Denver, we will definitely stay!

Our stay at Cameron’s home was absolutely perfect! Everything represented on line was 100% on point. Every detail was just lovely and we felt comfortable, right at home and warm and cozy for the holidays. Check in and check out were super easy and the home super clean. Location also perfect! This was a wonderful location. Clean place and well stocked cooking utensils. This host was great abd timely to communicate with!

The location was amazing. Plenty of places to eat and shop. Location also has quick access to highway.

I highly recommend Nadine, it's great, in my later goings to Denver I would of course consider the estacia again.

The space was nice and very comfortable. It turned out the location was not ideal for us due to where my son lives and works in Denver, but it should be a good location for most people visiting that want parking and space while exploring Denver and surrounding areas.

This is a great place very close to the Denver Tech Center and convenient for visiting our grandkids in Greenwood Village. The condo is very comfortable and warm. It feels like a home and we instantly felt comfortable there. The Kitchen was well-equipped and the bedroom, with the small desk, was perfect. After just a few minutes my wife and I agreed that we will try to get Nancy's place if we ever need a place in the area again.

I have traveled often to Denver and this location is perfect. The condo was comfortable and accessible, and a beautiful workspace. My hosts were extremely helpful for any questions I had. In addition, they left “ supplies”- coffee, sugar, cleaning materials… so I didn’t have to run out immediately upon arrival and could settle in first. In my return trips I would return to this location if available.

Condo was just as described; comfortable and clean with described amenities. Christmas tree was a nice touch! Mark was helpful and friendly.

He responded very quickly, and everything was nice and clean. I really appreciated the way he communicated with us, I would definitely recommend!!
