Holiday rentals with beach access in Umbria

We stayed in 4 a whole week. We had a great time. Lovely place 25 minutes by car from the center of Perugia

Me, my husband Matteo and my two children stayed in Giulio's chalet from 26 to 28 May 2023 and we had a great time. The cottage is immersed in beautiful nature, with a well-kept lawn, a stone's throw from the lake. For those traveling with children or children, the place allows children to have fun and parents to relax, there is the possibility to use a very nice pool and soccer doors (my children have spent beautiful days between soccer, lake and pool). It's a place suitable for those who love silence and not crowds, at least now in May there were very few people. You can easily visit the various villages and eat in delicious restaurants. Giulio is a thoughtful and kind guest, we'll definitely be back!

Lovely home to stop at in Le Marche region for a visit. Great recommendations for the local wine tour and restaurants nearby. Beautiful view and plenty of space in the house. Would highly recommend!

Everything was perfect and stay again!

A perfect stay for those looking for relaxation and nature! The property is a short walk from the lake, a priceless location for those who like to walk or just enjoy the view. The tranquility of the place is a great plus, ideal for getting away from the daily routine. One of the aspects we appreciated is the equipped outdoor area, also perfect for those traveling with their dog. In addition, the host Marta was extremely kind and helpful, allowing us to leave the house well past check-out time, which made the stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended for a refreshing holiday.

The photos are not accurate - it was better! We came in winter time and still it was beautiful and we had a great time! The location is incorrect in the air bnb app - it is literally on the lake! With a tiny boat a swing 2 sunbathing chairs and a grill for self use. Nice host with a warm welcome - he cared a lot about our stay. We had such a nice time and the view! Wowww!

Alberto is a kind and helpful host. Casa Bedelia is in a strategic position to visit Capodimonte and other villages overlooking Lake Bolsena, such as Marta and Bolsena, as well as Viterbo and Bomarzo. 5/5, thank you for everything!

A perfect place to explore Tuscany & Umbria. We had a very special time in Porto staying at the beautiful villetta Bella Sera. The attention to detail in every room is fabulous. The recommendations for lunch/dinner/wine etc were the best!!! The views over the lake and watching the sunrise are amazing. We loved every moment here.

The apartment is super tidy and clean, very comfortable. The room is very spacious and with attention to detail. Easy to park near the house. 2 minutes from the lake and 5 minutes from the historic center. There is a hairdryer, bathroom heater and air conditioning system. The hosts were very kind, welcoming and always available. The night we arrived we were locked out and came in 10 minutes to bring us the keys. They left us an olive oil from their produce and breakfast treats. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed a short time in Marta, the place is very nice, close to the lake. Next time we'll stay longer. The apartment is very nice, clean, organized, exactly as described and shown in the photos. Paulo is an excellent host, friendly, thoughtful and helpful. I only have compliments

This apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect. The view is breathtaking and relaxing. It had all of the amenities you will need and the hosts are super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hope to say here again in the future.

The accommodation is very convenient to reach the main cities of Umbria as it is close to the highway. A 5-minute drive away you can reach the supermarkets and all the necessary amenities as the accommodation is located in a small village, very nice, absolutely quiet, out of the chaos of the cities. 100 m away is a small marina and the bike path that runs around the lake. The accommodation is very spacious, the wi-fi works well; Anna was very kind to accommodate some of our requests, quickly.

Thanks to Marco and the very kind people who helped make my stay special. Working in the hospitality industry, I can only recommend choosing Marco as a host, for the quality and kindness with which he has worked. Meticulously, he made sure that my stay was like staying at home and in the family, always making himself available on every occasion. Thank you for everything, I will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Ramona’s place. It was extremely clean and Ramona’s attention to details were appreciated. It was so comfortable, close to the lake, old town and grocery stores. Our rental car reservation did not work out so Ramona sent her husband to pick us up and return us to the train station. He also found us a local rental car. Both were more than helpful in every way. Very convenient place to drive through Umbria and Tuscany. The sunsets from the balcony are not to be missed. A wonderful coffee bar she recommended is just down the street. We hope to return soon and stay longer.
