Ruth's home was even more gorgeous in person! The extremely well appointed kitchen had everything you would need-- and then some! The beds were so comfy-- you are guaranteed to sleep like a rock! We were a party of four, including two 80+ year olds and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the space!

Beautiful home wld definitely be awesome to stay in summer months to take advantage of the pool. Very spacious open layout wld definitely stay again and host was very friendly and accommodating.

This was a Staycation, where we stayed local so we could still do the local family things but also "get away". It was so comfortable, and relaxing for our family just about perfect all around for the holiday season. We would definitely consider a repeat it was the extra holiday magic for our Christmas home away from home.

Made a special trip even more special and gave us some awesome memories to hold on too. We felt at home and super comfy. Thank you for having us.

awesome cozy house in Richland

This house was amazing! Very clean and quiet with all the amenities you would need and being just up the hill from down town makes it in a lovely location

We had a wonderful stay here while transitioning to a new job in Richland. Great hosts handled any issues right away. House is exactly like the pictures and the entire property is fenced. Our doodles loved the freedom of the wide open yard! Would recommend!

Above and beyond. Accidently left my laptop behind after checkout. My error became Jeff’s emergency. He must have made a handful of stops and calls to get me back my laptop through mail. Also. An excellent spot for work and leisure. Nice little backyard to chill and stylish inside space with central location to everything. Highly recommended.

This home was a dream. Peaceful location to watch sunrise over the river and right on walking path. Chef's kitchen fully stocked with everything you need and wonderful outdoor spaces. Highly recommend and would stay here anytime we are in town.

Responded quickly to text, or if I needed something restocked, it literally was on the porch within 15 mins. the area the house is located at is within a 5 min drive to coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Nice place away from the hustle and bustle. Well-equipped and it had a nice, fenced yard for our dogs.

My family recently stayed at Katia's home and had a wonderful experience. After long days at the hospital it was nice to come "home" to somewhere inviting and relaxing. there was plenty of room for the 9 of us to stay comfortably. I whole heartedly recommend this home if you are looking for a place for your large family to kick back and relax.

This house was beautiful and cozy! We were able to walk everywhere we needed to. The house had all the amenities and Ronna was the sweetest to talk to.

I visit the Tri-Cities frequently to visit family, and always look for Shelli's place to stay. The House is just amazing, the decor and layout are over the top. It one of those houses you don't want to leave. The view of golf course and hills are wonderful, especially the morning sunrise. Shelli is a friendly, caring host, who makes you feel right at home.
