Holiday houses in Ulva Island

Sonya’s place was wonderful!!! The location is perfect with easy access to Invercargill, Bluff and the Southern Scenic Route. The views are amazing and the property is very peaceful. We especially loved the Woolies and they were so friendly! The place was clean and set up very nicely. Much attention has been given to the details and the freshly baked goods were yummy and appreciated. We had a wonderful dinner at Elegance 148 and Sonya took good care of us there too! Such a lovely stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great place with lots of space for a couple of relaxed days in the south of New Zealand. We spent a whole day just enjoying the view of the ocean from the deck and cooked in the well equipped kitchen. Within a short walk you are in a reserve with lots of cute sheep and lovely extended sea views for both sunrise and sunset! Thanks for having us.

The house is spacious and comfortable. The backyard is gorgeous with beautiful flowers and views. The washing line is a unique adventure. Just be aware that the stairs are quite steep and carpeted.

It is a very comfortable place. The kitchen facilities are excellent. The house is across from a park and only 9 minutes walk to one of Invercargill’s highlights (The World’s Fastest Indian 😊). It is probably one of the best homes we have stayed in.

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us. My daughters and I had a great stay – the house was so clean and cosy, and it had everything we needed. The smart TV was especially appreciated on the wet days, and the wifi was great for getting a bit of work done while away. We loved the location. It was so handy for our morning coffee runs, walks to the beach, and exploring the nearby reserves. We even managed a day at the beach, which was such a treat. Your home really made our trip to Riverton special. Thanks again.

We had another great stay here - love the view of the sea and the peaceful surroundings, and being able to bring our dogs away with us. The house has everything we needed and is only a couple of mins from the beach. The outdoor bath is also a nice touch.

Awesome spot! We had the best holiday here. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of space for all of us! Kiwi in the garden, amazing view, nice and sunny! Thank you Sandra and Andrea

We‘ve had a wonderful stay! The apartment looks great, is very well equipped and the host is so generous. I especially loved the evening meals out on the terrace and the tea variety. :)

Great quiet location. Had everything we needed. Close to the Invercargill airport and easy to get to the main area of town for restaurants.

We had a lovely and relaxing week in Riverton. Sara's place is very well located in easy walking distance to the beach, and also to the start of the Mores Scenic Reserve (if you feel like walking from the accommodation to the gravel road that leads up to the reserve, rather than driving to the carpark). We were very comfortable in the accommodation and enjoyed the relaxed vibe.

Amazing spot for the surf at Riverton Rocks and Trees (Colac Bay). Beautiful space for two couples with amazing indoor and outdoor showers! The beds were incredibly comfy and washing facilities very handy! Will definitely be booking again for our next surf trip!

After walking the Rakiura Trail Great Walk for 3-days the property was perfect! There was plenty of space for our family of five, and the laundry and bathroom facilities were a very welcome sight! The views from the living space are amazing, and plenty of time could be spent watching the birds, boats and planes come and go, and of course the amazing sunsets. Hiring the car was a bonus, and a must, to get luggage and groceries up the hill. We would definitely recommend the property, and would stay there again when we return in the future.
