Hello. Our accommodation is located in the main pension village complex in Bomun Complex, Gyeongju. In July 2024, the interior was completed in a modern way. The second floor accommodation is completely separated from the guests on the first floor. [Location💙] Gyeongju Hwabaek Convention, Bomun Lake, California Beach, Bomun Complex, Donggungwon, and Hilton Hotel are all within 6-10 minutes by car. Accessibility is possible. [Structure🩷] Living room and kitchen + 1 room (2 queen beds) + bathroom It is prepared as a barbecue deck (about 9 pyeong) that is used exclusively on the second floor. [Bedding🧡] Bedding is not worn by the company, and the owner will wash + dry + daylight disinfection every day. [Use of charcoal fire💛] Our home is located on the BBQ deck. We prepare a grill + white charcoal, and you can use it for 30,000 won. (It can start before 19:00 in the evening and there is no limit to the end) [Telecommunications/Miscellaneous🩵] Smart TV 50 inches are available, and you can use YouTube, Netflix, etc. (personal account) Very fast internet WiFi is available by building Giga Internet.

This accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people and has a large room (there is a toilet for 4 people in the room), a small room (for 2 people), and a large floor. Please be aware that guests are responsible for any property items or property damage during your stay. Since Sethim's accommodation is in a wall, please be considerate of each other so that there is no noise disturbance to other guests. We follow the refund policy for any reason, such as coronavirus and weather.
