Great place to stay, as described. The pool is just amazing and you have access to the sea too! The location is about a 25 minute walk to the nearest town. Bear in mind there are lots of steps in the accommodation to get down to the pool. The flat was modern and very well decorated and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and very helpful and gave us a video to find out flat and parking etc. A great host!

Magical place! Perfect stay in the apartment, direct private sea access. Great for swimming, snorkeling, SUP, working out, relaxing reading and more. Well equipped kitchen allowed for cooking. We couldn't get enough. Definitely need to come back! Very nice hosts, thanks for everything.

The accommodation was clean, equipped with everything you need -> 3 zones barbecue, giant terrace, lying on the terrace, excellent coffee machine -> 4 air conditioners and fans, appleTV, ps4, wine fridge, a small box for the internet on the go... and much more. Latex mattresses for the beds -> slept like angels 😎 Anton had sent us map and photos beforehand, so we found the apartment immediately and were able to get in directly thanks to the key box. Of course, you have to Keep in mind that you're in ulcinj... Everything can be reached on foot, but with considerable differences in altitude 😅 ...we had a covered parking space for the apartment 😎 We give a clear recommendation and would be happy to come back.

We had a truly wonderful time staying in Dobra Voda! The apartment was perfect for our needs, offering a peaceful and inspiring environment where we could focus and get so much done. We stayed for a month while working and preparing for a new assignment nearby, and the combination of tranquility and convenience made it an ideal base. Our host was exceptionally responsive, supportive, and helpful throughout our stay, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, allowing us to balance work and relaxation effortlessly. We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

We had the most amazing stay here! Set over three floors including the rooftop and grapevine covered terrace there was plenty of space! The kitchen is large and contains all the contents you need. The bedrooms are simple but more than adequate as if your like us you will spend all your time outside! (AirCon in the rooms was super powerful and very welcomed) There are two bathrooms with walk in showers so no queuing. The absolute highlight for us was the roof terrace, it’s huge! With an amazing cabana bed, loungers and patio table. All of this is made even more special by the festoon lights all around the whole property making night times watching the sunset magical. Literally a two minute walk out of the door is a small crystal clear pebble beach with the sunset setting right in the middle of it. There is a parking space on the small road just out front of the house so that was perfect. 100% recommend hiring a car. Thank you Almir and Elena who greeted us. We loved it ✨🖤

Super equipped river house with large and beautiful terrace. We particularly appreciated the beach bed, the bikes, the sup and the many utensils for cooking (including Bialetti, etc., for coffee!). Air conditioning in the living room and two of the bedrooms. The house must be furnished itself upon arrival. The communication with the owner was extraordinarily good: always available, lots of good information and recommendations and very likeable! Thank you Jü! 😊

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

Lydia’s house has really authentic charm and unique architecture and style. You feel Key-West vibe here, the smell of figues and oleander and super beautiful see view. And it feels like home, because it’s private home made with love. Located on the mountain it gives the calm which is so important during the crowdy touristic season and at the same time good access to the beaches: small Rakita you may reach by foot, it’s easy on a super hot day but not a big challenge, Velika Plaza with all her kitesurfing area (which are incredibly great) is in 20 minutes by car. We have spent one month in Lydia’s house and it was really inspiring! Thank you💕💕💕

Stunning front row seat. A wonderfully tranquil and calming view of the wilderness spreads out before you. Cormorants, gulls, ducks, there is an owl living nearby, a varacushkt in the bushes, chiggers and dozens of other amazing birds. And at night you will see a canvas woven of stars. Highly recommended.

A centrally located, modern, tidy and clean flat in a quiet location with lots of available parking space in front of the building for anyone looking for a comfortable place to rest and a good starting point for day trips in the surrounding area. The communication with Ivica was very good throughout, and he also had great recommendations for restaurants in Bar and excursion destinations in the surrounding area. It would be important to know that there is only air conditioning in the living room area. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the flat!

It is a very lovely apartment, nice and clean! We loved to stay there! It is close to the beach and close to the bus and train station. Location is perfect for people who travel by public transportation. Everything you need you have in the apartment: clean toilet and shower, a full equipped kitchen, two (!) televisions, a balcony,… Aleksandra is a very good host, she even took a brake from her work to give us the keys! We loved our stay!

The apartment is in a great location, there is nothing missing inside, and there is even more than we need. Beautifully decorated apartment, impeccably clean. Close to markets, bus stops, and the beach. We also highly recommend the owner's store, which is located downstairs. She makes beautiful souvenirs

so convenient, truly comfy as the name says, and Fati and his family that run the place are super down to earth, just downstairs as in a simple ask away, and supportive in anything, and generous not to mention. sincerely loved staying here and will be back without a doubt
