Has all the mod cons, fully equipped kitchen, including Nespresso coffee machine, potable water tap, microwave, washing machine and dryer. There are overhead fans throughout. Free Wifi & SoundLink Revolve II Bluetooth® speaker .We respect your privacy and daily housekeeping will come at your nominated time in the morning and be out of your hair within the hour or so, dependent on your requirements. We ask you to let our staff know the day before to advise cleaning times between 8am-11am. There are 2 bedrooms, that can be set up with kingsize beds or a king size bed and 2 single beds. There is a Baby cot available upon request Bali Beach Pad is ideally located. The Seminyak beach for sunsets and swimming, is a 2min stroll down a quite lane from your front doorstep. This ideal location puts you within a kilometer of all the best shopping in Seminyak. Also the best dining ranging from upmarket restaurants, to tapas on the beach. We provide complimentary airport pickups and drop offs, a complimentary morning shop per 3nights stay. The car and driver is also available for hire half a day, full day. Manager can organize tours. My villa manager or my self are available 24/7. There is also 24hr security available. Sleeping arrangements Bedroom 1 1 king bed Bedroom 2 2 single beds or king size Bali Beach Pad is located in Seminyak, superbly positioned in the fashionable and stylish district of Oberoi. There are numerous restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, beauticians, spas, hairdressers. Seminyak Beach is a stroll away. We offer complimentary pick up and drop off from the airport to villa, if you need a driver and car for your stay we have a driver and car available at all times at the villa at a daily rate. Nespresso coffee machine, SoundLink Revolve II Bluetooth® speaker ,overhead and standing fans in living area. TV room equipped with cable TV, overhead fan and AC. Bedrooms equipped with, cable TV, all are air-conditioned with overhead fans and ensuite bathrooms. While there are washing facilities available at our villa washing machine & dryer staff can also collect and drop off clothes at the local laundry, prices are very reasonable.

Located in Berawa, walking distance to the beach and Canggu's hotspots. Please mention your bedding type (large bed or twin bed) before you book. For long stay, breakfast are not included and there's a refundable security deposit apply. You'll love the place because of the location, comfy bed, high ceilings, and facilities. FYI, traffic and noisy are common in Canggu as it's the most popular area in Bali with lots of café and bar. If you are a sensitive sleeper, please find another area. Thanks
