My accommodation is centrally located, "Neue Mitte", in Überlingen, only 850 meters from the historic old town and the train station, the lake can be reached on foot in about 11-15 minutes. Within 150 meters, various shopping facilities are available. A parking space is available free of charge directly at the house, it is only 100 meters to the bus stop. The DG apartment has: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 kitchen-living room with 1 sofa bed

If you want to use public transport, it is a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your bikes. It is about 20 minutes' walk to Lake Constance/city center. Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.

Beautiful apartment 1 in new wooden house 100m to the lake

Walk to the lake in swimsuits in the morning and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach bath 2 minutes away. In the evening, stroll to the beautiful old town of Überlingen and then end the evening on the terrace. Either way he could look like a holiday in our holiday apartment on Lake Constance.
