Holiday houses in Tyninghame Beach

This four bedroomed house was in a brilliant location and very close to the beaches, pubs and town centre. The house was over three floors which helped with spacing out the two families. There was a double bedroom on the lower floor, a double with en-suite on the first floor and then a further two king bedrooms on the second floor. There is only one parking space but we found alternative parking for the second car on the cobbled street outside. The house has plenty of space and well equipped with crockery and utensils. The bedding and towels were all clean. The WiFi wasn’t great especially with no phone signal. All in all though a Lovely home in a great location.

We have had a wonderful stay with our friends. Ages from 9-50 and we’ve all enjoyed the house and there’s so much to entertain us all! Caroline was helpful, even when we had car trouble. Would recommend this house to anyone who wants to have somewhere to enjoy their time with friends with loads to do and lots of room. The outside space is great with a park just over the wall for the kids. Can’t rate this place highly enough. Only improvement I could suggest is some gin glasses for the bar- but that’s being very picky! Thank you Caroline.

Beautiful barn. Fully equipped in every way. Spotless through out. Great location. Host extremely helpful. Had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it.

Very comfortable and attractive apartment right in the middle of the amenities and very well placed for all the local attractions.

All good but I have to comment the bed mattresses were a little too hard for us all.

We visit St Andrews several times a year and always stay in apartments when visiting our daughter. This was by far the nicest we have stayed in as it’s so clearly stayed in by the owners and wasn’t as clinical as some others. Nicely decorated, Comfortable beds, great bathrooms and well equipped kitchen and the added bonus of secure parking. Easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops and beaches. We definitely hope to stay here again.

What can I say, it was perfect. The location is amazing, everything is on your doorstep, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, with Alnwick Castle about a 3 minute walk. The accommodation was absolutely lovely, so homely and cosy but also very stylish. The bathroom is beautiful. It had everything we needed for our stay. Would absolutely recommend this if you plan on a trip to Alnwick. Kelly, the host, was great and made our stay so easy and stress free. We have just had a wonderful 4 days and will definitely be returning to stay at this accommodation again in future. Highly recommended.
