Amazing stay, would highly recommend

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Cala and Patrizias house is truly a hidden gem. It is an ideal location for a group trip/big family trip, as the spacious house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge groups, dining areas to seat many people, etc. We felt so safe and taken care of, as Patrizia responded quickly to all our questions and needs, and the caretaker Mario helped us with heating and so on upon request. I really hope I can return here some time, the surroundings were just so peaceful and beautiful, as are the house. We had dinner at the local restaurant (about 7-10 minutes walk) in the tiny village the house is located by one evening, which we recommend. A drink at Willy's bar afterwards should be mandatory. We can not recommend hiring chef Samulele (ask Patrizia to send his brochure) enough. He and his souz chef Katia made an amazing Italian dinner with wine-pairing at the villa. He also organized a trip to a local winery for us which was just perfect!

I had a fantastic stay at Antonio and Sabrina's Gigli del Belvedere. They are two exquisite people who love what they do and who do everything to give guests everything they need. I celebrated my birthday in their property and I couldn't have wished for more: a breathtaking location overlooking the enchanting Lake Bolsena. The villa attention is paid to every detail in the villa and this makes it extraordinary and unique. I will definitely come back to spend happy moments with them!

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

Really beautiful. The property and views were just what we wanted. Away from everything. Just the countryside with clean fresh air. Pietro and Cristina were great. We really enjoyed our time there.

Fantastic abode hidden below the village of Saturnia. The property is fantastic, and has sunshine all day beating down on the garden and pool area. The house has everything you'd need, well kitted out kitchen, and all bedrooms are en-suite. AC worked well, so good sleeping wasn't lacking. The outdoor grill area and living room were also great, especially at night while watching the stars and listening to the nature all around. And for our group, which included 5 kids and a couple of digital nomads, the wi-fi kept up to keep everyone satisfied. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and look forward to being back in Saturnia.

Where do I start? If you’re thinking of traveling to Orvieto, stay here. This is the most unique and charming Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Sylvia and Aldo made us feel like we were old friends coming to visit, welcoming us into their cozy family home and sharing with us their favorite restaurants, coffee shops, and gelaterias. Aldo picked us up and returned us to the train station; the fridge was stocked with yogurt, milk, juice, and butter; they left breakfast sweets for us and a bottle of wine. We loved reading about Sylvia’s father, Valentini, and enjoyed his artwork throughout the house. The beds were comfy, the kitchen is small but has what you need to cook. And Orvieto, ahhh, what a wonderful little town. We visited in August and there were many tourists but it didn’t feel crowded. We loved our stay and want to go back!

Our stay was fantastic. The space was cozy and spacious. Everything needed to make for a great stay was included. The outdoor area was a big hit for our two dogs and access to the lake was perfect. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay.

Luca was lovely and very helpful. The house was nice and quiet. Great view! We had a great time ❤️

A great place to stay to discover Terme di Saturnia: a few minutes' walk from the cascades, the place is super comfortable, clean, well equipped and calm. Barbara is a great host, very responsive. Highly recommended!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

We stayed for 15 days in this rental, we were 2 adults and two children (one wheelchair child). Easy access , private parking. The apartment was as described . The view was beautiful in the countryside as we like. The garden was flat so armchair accessible, the pool was excellent whether it was the cleanliness and temperature of the water. The apartment was as in the listing it is small but enough for four people the bedding was comfortable and the linen very clean. We arrived with the language barrier but Olivia was there she was very welcoming, available and responsive. We appreciated her kindness too and her small gifts (small desserts , vegetables from her production and homemade bread). She was also able to be present for our ZTL area concerns in Rome and make the calls for us. We appreciated Madeleine's kindness the housekeeper. Recommended ++it was beautiful

Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

Everything was perfect, location, communication, the house. The pool, that we shared with the rest of the houses of the villa, was fantastic. Also, there are two dogs and a cat who were really nice, even where I am usually a bit scared of dogs. We would like to repeat in the future. Just to let others guests know don’t forget to bring your own gel and shampoo.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. I look forward to returning, perhaps in the summer.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

I spent Christmas days with my family in this spacious, very comfortable and well-equipped farmhouse. We felt “at home.” The property is well-maintained and well-kept. The area is beautiful. Also try in hot periods to try barbecue in the ample outdoor space and use the pool. Agostina was always available and supportive. If there's a chance, I'll be back

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

Perfect spot for a Tuscany experience. Nicely located between two friendly villages with fantastic restaurants and any supplies that you may need. The swimming pool was well maintained by Luciano and was used by us multiple times a day, for our group it was a highlight of the property. We all came away very happy with our stay and would totally recommend staying at this property.

If you're looking for a place to relax at Reilly's, you've definitely found it. You have a fantastic view over the valley and peace and quiet if you seek it. A house with all the comforts you need to spend carefree days. You can definitely find good food in Montefalco and good wine and excellent olive oil as well. We were completely satisfied and carefree

I stayed in this beautiful apartment for Christmas with my family, we had a great time. The apartment was warm and also equipped with wood for the fireplace. It was all clean and there was everything needed for a comfortable stay. The outside, even if we didn't take advantage of it given the cold, is very nice. We'll definitely be back in the spring.
