Very nice house, very nice garden; in my opinion the kitchen is only suitable for preparing small snacks, but there are plenty of opportunities to eat well.

Beautiful, apartment close to the beach on the first floor with a large, shaded garden. Check in and out was easy. We especially liked that the apartment has its own parking space. We are completely satisfied and will come back.

Everyting was as expected. A very nice stay. Clean and a very nice ocean view.

+++ We (4 people and 2 dogs) felt very comfortable with Giada for 2 weeks. We were very kindly welcomed and instructed by her father. Parking was possible in the "Piazza" or in the private parking around the corner. The mini market is also directly in the "Piazza" (rolls and other little things). The property is fenced, offers both sunny and shaded squares, and is surrounded by Orleander's bushes, a fig tree, and vines. The house was very clean and well equipped (e.g. coffee maker, sandwich maker). The outdoor shower had a strong jet of water and a magnificent view of the bay. You have this view from the entire terrace and also from the balcony. - Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes in our time. Since there is no air conditioning (but 2 fans), we slept with the window open. Unfortunately, the windows are not equipped with fly screens, so there were some restless nights.

The house was cozy and in perfect order as well as being very close to all amenities, including the shuttle to the beach, but at the same time very quiet. Andrea was very kind and very helpful.

The apartment is very nicely located in a wooded area or an olive grove and is also very quiet. We particularly liked the beautiful space and the beautiful furnishings of the apartment and the garden, it was especially great for our three children, who could play nicely, especially in the garden. Silvia was always and immediately available. The surroundings are especially the sea and the beautiful beaches are worth a trip.

Nice holiday in a great place! Tommaso was super friendly and always responded immediately. A later check-in and earlier check-out at our request were no problem. 😊 The place offers everything you need, was clean and corresponds to the description and pictures! A two-family house, a wonderful house overlooking Marina di Campo and the sea. We were divine and I hope to find you again in the future year that I return to Elba. Thank you Giuseppe and Irina for your kindness. And the neighbors were also patient and friendly when we made a little more noise than we should. See you next time!

Had a wonderful stay. Sofia is more than helpful and absolutely friendly. Planned for 7 nights, due to a flat tire on the penultimate day we had to extend it by 2 days. Sofia helped us easily with the accommodation here and also supported us with small driving services. Absolutely recommend the place!!

Luca is a very friendly and accommodating host. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable without being intrusive. The property is located right in the quiet village. The most necessary can be provided at the local shops. Luca always has great tips here. The photos also correspond to reality: on the whole, I highly recommend Luca.

Absolutely stunning location and beautifully presented apartment. Riccardo and Romina were extremely helpful, friendly hosts. We enjoyed seeing a resident fox every day and made friends with the 3 cats! The drive to the farm along the final track was challenging in our small Panda - we’d recommend a more sturdy car if you can. Plenty of beautiful things to see - Casole d’Elsa is a wonderful, local hill town. We visited Dream Woods and met the artist onsite. Strange and wonderful experience. A dip in the river at the Berignone Nature Reserve (Masso del Fanciulle) following the recent floods. Beautiful place. Take the longer route to avoid the steep, rugged tracks. Volterra is another stunning town with incredible views. There is no TV in the apartment - something we thought we’d miss but we didn’t. The communal seating area is outdoors, which worked well for us in the sunny weather. Larger supermarkets in Colle Di Val d’Elsa as well as a lovely street of restaurants at Porta Nova.

We stayed in the apartment one night with my children and my partner, the apartment is small but served by everything. A lot of attention to the guest who finds everything they need. It's also new and recently renovated. Good location, downtown can be reached on foot. The apartment has a personal parking space and this is also a plus! Mauro is a super friendly host and really available for everything.

We are in Italy for a total of 9 weeks. And those two weeks were so wonderful and relaxing. The house as well as the whole property is just amazing. It is quiet, private and you can just have a nice time. The beds are an absolute dream. We slept so well there. Caspar is a super good host and is always immediately available. We've got the offer from a Private chef, masseuse, and a yoga teacher. Everyone came to us "home". ABSOLUTELY recommended. We ate so well at sunset and drank the in-house wine by the way. The house has everything you need and you can feel the effort and passion that Caspar invests everywhere. I highly recommend anyone to go there. The view alone is almost impossible to describe. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything, dear Caspar!

Charming location, care both in the outdoor areas ( the garden in which the residence is immersed with direct access to the beach is beautiful !!) and for the cleanliness of the house. Beautiful experience to remember, we will definitely be back!

Riccardo and Romina were lovely hosts and their location is stunning. The access road is a curvy combination of paved, then old stone, then gravel but once at the house, it is serene. It is ~30 minutes from Volterra and San Gimignano and about 45 minutes from Siena. Casole d’Elsa is about 10 minutes away and has one main street with a couple of nice restaurants. Would definitely stay there again and would try a different season so we could see the farm in full swing.

We loved our stay with Pablito! Check in was great as they let us check in well ahead of the set time since we arrived early. Location was great and near the town, a car is quite necessary though. It feels very remote and peaceful while also being near other towns and restaurants just a short ride away. Staff were friendly and very attentive, easy to communicate with via Whatsapp. The apartment was clean and tidy and very spacious. The kitchen was equipped with necessary items needed for cooking (some oil + salt would have been an extra touch). The bin + recycling could have been clearer as we were confused about what to put where. Also the room does not have AC but very cool inside and this didn't bother us. The pool and gardens are stunning. We really enjoyed having our own little outdoor space outside. The pool remains quiet during the day although kids and families arrive later on, but didn't bother us too much. There are also games and racquets for playing which is nice. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.
