The house is clean and cozy, exactly what was described in the listing. The host and his family are extremely polite and super attentive. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything is tbm parks. Super recommend him.

It was all perfect from reception to checkout, we just miss some advertised items like salt, sugar, oil, etc. But none of this stopped us from having a great weekend in this amazing house! Note: Special thanks to Dona Conceição and to Dior for the reception, attention and education.

Excellent house, clean, cozy and well divided. I hosted with my family and felt at home. The very accessible and kind host. It's well worth it!

The stay at Mirela's place was great. The house fully corresponds to the photos and everything was very well taken care of and organized when we arrived. Mirela is super organized and previously sent us all the input data, release in the condominium, wi-fi, etc. Also, whenever we need it, she would answer us immediately. The house has the necessary utensils for everyday life (cups, plates, silverware, bed and bath linens, etc.). The pool area is super nice to spend the afternoon. Although there are other houses nearby, the condominium is quiet and my little son was able to sleep quietly without bothering. The condominium is also great and has a very nice playground with toys for children. Very secure location with concierge and control of cars and everyone who enters the site. We will need to return to Rio Preto again in 2 weeks and we will definitely stay at Mirela's house.

Thaina was very attentive, my son got sick, she sent the address of the nearby places. My answer to questions and the house was impeccable, I will come back more often!!! Continue this way, that you will always have guests!!!

It's our second time staying at this home and we're still stuck with the choice. The leisure/ living area is excellent. The smells are super hot. Since the last time they included the microwave and an oven in the kitchen The family loved it! Hope to come back more often.

SPECTACULAR house!!! Extremely clean, organized.. Cassia left us a treat :) on our arrival.... Surely this house is in the TOP 1 in that AIRBNB time. Cassia is a super host! It was a blessing, the place is wonderful the stay was great, Junior and his wife were extremely attentive, the only difficulty was to check in for some previous guest issues. Outside this the house with says exactly as advertised is beautiful and very well located.

Warm, clean swimming pool 😍😍 and tbm has the pool table to distract themselves, my family members played a lot, even had cards. In the house has everything from dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots.
