The house is beautiful ,modern and cozy .a andrea is super attentive ,well worth it

The host is responsive and helpful. The outside area of the house is very good and the pool was heated allowing night use. The 3 bedrooms are simple, with only the beds, but all have air-conditioning working well. The covered garage with a clearance of 2 cars. The 2 baths (one internal and one external) have good showers. The house is in a popular neighborhood that is very quiet, we only saw the movement of families in the surroundings and no noise. There is an electric fence, security camera at the entrance and electronic gate. There are shops such as accessible grocery and pharmacy on foot, and larger trades 2 minutes by car. The parks are about an 8-minute drive away. It was a nice stay

The stay at Mirela's place was great. The house fully corresponds to the photos and everything was very well taken care of and organized when we arrived. Mirela is super organized and previously sent us all the input data, release in the condominium, wi-fi, etc. Also, whenever we need it, she would answer us immediately. The house has the necessary utensils for everyday life (cups, plates, silverware, bed and bath linens, etc.). The pool area is super nice to spend the afternoon. Although there are other houses nearby, the condominium is quiet and my little son was able to sleep quietly without bothering. The condominium is also great and has a very nice playground with toys for children. Very secure location with concierge and control of cars and everyone who enters the site. We will need to return to Rio Preto again in 2 weeks and we will definitely stay at Mirela's house.

The place is perfect, the house is very cozy and corresponded perfectly to the listing. Easy to find, all very clean and organized. The city is very hot too! The hosts were amazing, very receptive, gave several recommendations of places and always attended to us promptly. We'll be back for sure!

We love our stay in Olympia. The house was just as we expected, it was very clean, well maintained and equipped, as well as extremely comfortable and cozy. Communication with the hostess(Cassia) was excellent, always with quick answers.United us with a problem in our car and still ,we got a delicious complimentary carrot cake. Very good house in a new and quiet neighborhood, the 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning working perfectly, ample kitchen and barbecue space and a great air-conditioned pool. A Joana always mto requests and attentive. My family and I spent great days at Marcio's house, I recommend it.

It was wonderful, the house smelling and very well organized. The heated pool was at an extremely tasty temperature. The kitchen had everything. The house was about 15 minutes of the park, it was very fast and had some markets nearby. We were unprepared without the coffee dust, but had bakeries and nearby markets to buy. Dona was extremely friendly and communicative. We will definitely try to come back more often. In addition to all of this, there was even a foot massager that we immediately strangled, but after 1 whole day walking in the park, we understood the reason for being there kkkk
