Holiday rentals with a pool in Tuoro sul Trasimeno

The stay at the Capocontro estate was very satisfactory. The entire old village is a jewel set in the greenery, with spectacular views of the woods of the Val di Chiana. The place is tidy and clean, picturesque and elegantly retro. Piero and Lella are very available in communications and suggestions of places to visit and eat. We loved the peace and quiet of the place, as well as the pool with a view. We stopped little and the weather was a little capricious, otherwise we would have enjoyed the exteriors of the farm more. Only small mole: the dishes and the fridge were not really immaculate, but nothing that can't be resolved with a sponge shot. Highly recommended for both a short and long stay, so you can enjoy the quiet of the place and visit the surroundings.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

We loved Elena’s place and wish we could have stayed longer to just relax and soak it in. The property is beautiful - the pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. Elena provided a couple of restaurant recommendations that were spot on. We would definitely return!

Francesco is nice:) He brought us welcome pizzas and dessert. His response is instant. The place is quiet which provide you completely private place. Just a bit far from town if you cannot drive yourselves. If you have cars, it is not a problem, just few minutes drive from town. The place looks exactly the same as the pictures, clean and tidy. Definitely enough space for 8 adults. Recommend.

I've booked houses many times, I've never had hosts like this before. Upon our arrival, we found not only cheese and sausage, but also homemade bread and pastries. On the third day we were surprised with a cake and the day after they made lasagne and dessert for us. Samuele was by far the friendliest and most attentive host we have ever experienced. Its warm nature made the stunning house perfect. We were three families with children, each had their retreat. The kitchen was great for cooking together. The surroundings are fabulously beautiful, the view a dream. The pool and playground for the kids were perfect. We had a wonderful week and would come back anytime. Communication with Saskia in advance and with Samuele on site was excellent. I could rave for a long time, unfortunately the characters are not enough. 1000 thanks to Samuele for the great house and his hospitality. See you next time

Wonderful stay. Great layout for us (2A, 2C, 1I) and a fantastic swimming pool. Roberta was lovely and we communicated via messaging app given language differences. Roberta and family were quiet in the ground floor apartment and the upstairs rental were equally nice. We barely had to share the pool. Great location for day trips to Florence, Sienna and Assisi.

It’s a wonderful place that left our family with only beautiful memories! We felt so happy and moved during our time in Pienza. ♥️

We stayed three nights in the studio, Valentina's welcome was impeccable, very kind host, welcoming, precise and always available for any information. The apartment is new, very clean, well-furnished and equipped with everything you need, it has a small garden where you can eat in peace. The pool available to guests is very nice, surrounded by a very well-kept garden. It is located in a strategic point to visit Perugia, Assisi, Spello and other Umbrian towns. Great stay, highly recommended!

No other than Amazing! A hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany. Never have we felt so truly welcome and almost part of the family from day 1. Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

This apartment was everything we needed to start our trip through Italy. We relaxed by the pool, had an amazing Olive Oil tasting experience and enjoyed the quiet, slower pace of the area. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing destination interested in a place slightly less traveled and a great home base to explore from.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daphne's place. It is set amongst beautiful manicured gardens, a large pool (which was covered due to seasons end), a tennis court and the views across the Tuscan landscape are incredible. The apartment itself was immaculate and looked better than the photos. It is well appointed, spotlessly clean and modern. We found Montefollonico to be quieter than other tourist destinations and it's a short walk/drive from the residence. It too is beautiful and charming. There's only one Grocery store specializing in Tuscan products and more, It catered for pretty much all we needed. There's also a pharmacy, a quaint bar and a restaurant that was surprisingly good, and the owner is quite the character, in a good way :). Montepulciano is a short 15 or so minute drive away. Having a car is a must unless you just want to spend quality time away from everything and relax in a most beautiful, tranquil and private setting. Thank you Daphne, we loved our stay.

I stayed at the adorable place with my family for a week. Upon arrival, the host gave us the key and showed us everything. We especially liked the large pool and the breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno from the upper floor of the house. We had a very nice week in Umbria and explored the surroundings in day trips. If you have any questions or problems, the host has always been kindly helped. We will be happy to come back.

Luigi and Laura were the perfect host. The vegetables from Laura's family were very welcome. We also loved the dinner they cooked for us. We felt like part of the family. The villa was absolutely amazing. Stunning location, the pool was out of this world. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year!

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

We stayed at Aldo and his son's house for a week with our group of friends. The communication with them was very straightforward and we were quickly helped with problems. The house is well equipped and we felt comfortable from the beginning. With the sauna and the large pool in the garden, there is hardly any reason to leave the house. And if you feel like a trip, good ice cream parlors and beautiful small towns, such as Cortona, can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Thank you for this wonderful, relaxing week!

Me and my friends had an amazing week. Great house, pool and many other thinks. Can highly recommend to try the pizza-stone oven. Our highlight was the amazing view over the surrounding area.

We had the most amazing time at Chiara’s place!! She was a spectacular host and everything was beyond perfect!! Chiara went above and beyond with every little thing and it couldn’t have been more amazing or special. She is friendly, kind, warm, thoughtful, funny and genuinely caring. We are already planning our trip back!! 😍🥰😉

We had a fantastic stay with a group of four adults and five kids. Accommodations were immaculate, private chefs were decadent and delicious, and fantastic wine. The grounds were just lovely as well and we enjoyed having a fire in the fire place every evening. That you for a lovely stay!
