The new modern villa in the Northern Lights area provides a great setting for a holiday. Located less than 1km from Levi's downtown services and the nearest slope. Ski trails depart about 500m away, and the sledding goes from the backyard of the house. The villa has a 3mh, each with two beds, one bedroom with a loft “masterbedroom” from where to view out, downstairs a large gym/movie room with a spreadable couch. There is also a sauna and fireplace. The villa has modern appliances, electronics, and technology.

The villa has a total area of about 200m2 (6mh, 4 toilets and two bathrooms with a total of three showers). Upstairs is a spacious living room kitchen with a fireplace and three bedrooms. There are two actual bedrooms downstairs and the third bedroom is a foyer with a sofa bed for two. In addition, there is a sauna section with a hot tub and a utility room with another entrance. Four extra mattresses can be placed in the location they want.
