great location for where we need to be more of a local area than a tourist hotspot

The Apto as the photos, the comfortable beds, the coarse blankets, equipped with what you need if you want to cook and entertain you for long, organized and pleasant stays, the host left us some details for snacks, which we find when we reach the apto and it was very pleasant, the reception is very nice and the people in it, friendly, the building is very safe, its location is very central, it has nearby shops, restaurants, library and even a Cinecolombia, if you want to go to Monserrate it is only 4 minutes by car, close to the Candelaria and many other tourist sites, if you want to go to places farther away such as the Salt Cathedral, Transmilenio station is a couple of blocks away where you can go to the northern station easily, then take the transport that takes you to the Cathedral. If you are very sensitive to noise, you can hear day and night the passing of the external vehicles and above all the motorcycles, otherwise everything is very satisfactory and pleasant. I would definitely come back.

Catalina's place was amazing overall! The check-in process was smooth, and the listing was accurate, so there were no surprises. The location was great, with easy access to everything, and the view from the apartment was breathtaking. The only downside was the noise. The apartment is right above a local park, and it seems to be a popular spot for people to party at night. Even though the apartment is on the 12th floor, the music and noise were still very noticeable, which made it difficult to sleep. That said, everything else about the place was fantastic, and I would still recommend it—just be prepared for some nighttime noise if you're a light sleeper.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in one of the best areas of Bogotá! The place itself was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean with all the amenities you could need. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. What really made this stay stand out was the host, Felipe. He went above and beyond, offering incredible recommendations for things to do and places to eat (be sure to get his restaurant recommendations)..The host was super responsive and genuinely seemed to care about making my experience as great as possible. I can’t recommend this place enough – it’s a true gem, and the host really made the stay unforgettable!

This is very well located place, with easy access to all services, many places to eat and great access to transportation. The apartment has all the basics for the kitchen, washroom and general areas. The host was great at keeping us in the loop about water cuts (the city, nothing to do with them), took very fast care of a minor inconvenience with the fridge and was overall very kind and unobtrusive.

A clean and organized apartment, with a good location and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff and host attention was very good. Recommended.

About 20 min walking distance from Parque 93 but 10 mins away from Smart Fit. It is a very convenient location especially those who are working in Bogota. The location is safe especially with 24/7 guards on sight at the reception. Will be using this location once again when I am back.
