Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tunisia

Nice apartment, nothing missing, very happy not to have gone to the hotel , secure building! Just downstairs, great market, a restaurant where we eat for little and the incredible quantities as well as the quality! For us the best we could do! Having made a lot of city. Nabeul is a big city; it feels at home. Finally, Fatima's mom is adorable, as well as the caretaker. Fatima is quickly receptive in a message. I recommend it with my eyes closed and if I'm visiting Nabeul it will be without hesitation that I will return to this Airbnb !

Everything super great location, lots of good tips for the area including restaurants. Kais was always extremely helpful and easily accessible. The air conditioning has also sufficiently heated during our winter stay. If we come back to Sousse, I will try to book this apartment again.

Goel is an amazing host who was always available when needed. His place is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Thank you for having us. I highly recommend staying here. Regarding the island, renting a car is essential as it can be quite difficult to find a taxi or cab in Djerba.

Amazing place. Fell in love with it at first sight. The area is walkable and very alive at all times; has good options to dine in. You have everything you need in and out of the place. I also recommend taking a day trip on the boats to Kuriat Island. Rafik was very responsive and gave detailed instructions for the check in. Thank you once again for the stay and hospitality!

Lovely spacious and very modern apartment, I had a lovely stay here for two weeks with my husband and two children . Close to beach , shops and restaurants . Lyed is a great host and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. He was very helpful and always responded to messages Thank you for everything Lyed to you and your family ! Hope to come again .

A peaceful place to stay right on the beach. There is a monoprix and several cafes/restaurants (incl. a great rotisserie chicken place and fancier sit down restaurant) walking distance. It is a quick 5-10min Bolt ride to the hustle and bustle downtown. We even walked the length of the beach to the downtown twice during the stay (1 hour walk straight down the beach). Instructions were clear, and it was easy to access despite being down a side road.

First of all I would like to thank Haythem and his family for being a great host, they have looked after us so well, his mother is so generous and kind she shared with us Tunisian dishes that was so delicious. As for the apartment it’s spacious full of natural lighting, clean and it has all the facilities that you need with private access to first floor. If you would like to live the real Tunisian cultural then this is your place away from the new fake expensive areas, the area is safe and the people are friendly with 2 minutes walk away from supermarket, laundry, coffee shop and bakery shop. I stayed for 2 weeks and it was definitely a great experience which I recommend.

Hajer, the property manager, was warm, welcoming, and responsive. The house is big, beautiful, and well decorated.

Great Apartment at the beach la marsa. The place was well equipped with everything you need and had charme as well. Location is great: 50m from the marsa beach, 5 min to la marsa corniche with restaurants, shops and cafes. Moncef is a a really great host. Very easy to communicate, extremely responsive and he gave us excellent tipps for restaurants, bars and cultural events.

We had a good stay here and nice villa with nice balconies facing the see! The only disadvantage is we didn’t find any shower lotion and shampoo provided in the house.

Only one thing to say, GO FOR IT! If it had been possible to give more than 5 stars I would have gladly put it. I have rarely seen a host so welcoming, flexible, warm and responsive! Bilel welcomed us very warmly and gave us all the information necessarily upon our safe arrival and safe trip (activities, nearby restaurant, transport solutions...) The accommodation was clean and very well located. He even let us keep our bags in the place because our flight was late, so that my girlfriends and I could make the most of it. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

i highly recommend the accommodation offered by Mehdi, his welcome and the service are perfect. the stay was pleasant and comfortable thanks to its organization and the quality offered.

Everything was top, very clean, a great apartment, very central, and the price-performance ratio was also very good. What I really liked was that there was heating in the apartment. I will come back.

The place is exactly as seen in the listing, and both Amine and her family have been attentive to all our needs. If we go back we will love to come back and stay there.
