The truth is, the rating I'm giving is actually without me being there, as due to a platform error my reservation had to be canceled, and this one month after I made that reservation. I must mention that Pablo's care for what happened was quite cordial and I received the full amount of the money paid. As a suggestion I would say that before making a reservation, please contact him first and make sure the house is available to avoid issues like the one I had.

It's one of the best and smart homes I've found an excellent host with a lot of ease. Thank you. We'll be back soon

Cozy and quiet place,everything was very good , I recommend it 100 percent.

The host was attentive at all times, the place was very nice, clean, the pool was suitable for family enjoyment, it has several games that allows family distraction, you should only improve the hot water tea in the showers , however it was a nice experience, totally recommended

As a superhost with 30 luxury Florida properties you will not find a better Airbnb set up in Banos. Our group thought this Airbnb was phenomenal. Better than pictures. AC not needed in Ecuador as temps range 50-70 all year. Hot water was plentiful. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. The host Arenita was amazing. Nice filtered water machine that was awesome. 5 stars!

We loved our stay here! The view is absolutely beautiful, the house is very clean and has many amenities, the host was very sweet and responsive, and all was well! We definitely will recommend to friends and family visiting!

It’s a nice house to stay in family or group, each room has a private bathroom which made our stay easy, even with no electricity for the blackouts, we had hot water. I would come back again for our next family event, thank you, Roberto!

We really loved Sara's place. In fact in person she is nicer than the pictures . Very rich smell. Everything is high quality! Bedrooms have very spacious closets. In terms of location it seemed very good as it is close to everything. Sara is very kind, she answers you very quickly and resolves promptly, I definitely recommend staying in your home . You will feel like your own !

I want to say that in the description it does state that it’s just like home. Well let me tell you…. It’s way more than that! I feel that there are no words that can fully describe how welcoming, charming, comfortable, this place is. I honestly feel that I have gained a new family with the host and their family. Extremely good and loving people. We were blessed in making the decision to stay in this charming home. We were there for 11 nights and we sure didn’t want for it to end. There was attention to detail and many wonderful moments during our stay. We will and are definitely going to choose this home again for our next visit. A clean roomy space. enty of beds for a family. Convenient to downtown and next to hot springs pools. Well equipped kitchen. Nice to have a selection of coffee and tea available.

Great place! Close enough for a quick ride from baños and separated enough to be an amazing getaway from the town hectics. Beautiful place and the staff is very friendly. Recommended 100% from our side. Will gather more friends next time and hopefully book al 3 neighboring houses. Thank you

Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places I have visited for more than 6 years that I have been using the App Sofia the host was always very attentive and attentive to us.
