Holiday rentals with beach access in Tumon Bay

Annie’s unit is perfect for your own private space on island. Although it’s nestled at a family residential, you still get your own private unit and amenities listed! Location is very central so you’re close to most retail shopping centers and Grocery/Mom n Pop stores. Not to mention a cool 5 minute drive from airport. With that being said, Anni is also a wonderful host who makes you feel right at home with great hospitality towards her guests. She’s very communicative and willing to go beyond for her guests.

Cory is a very responsive host, this condo is very well suited, equipped and easy to get to. Our large group rented 2 of his properties at the same time.

Great apartment very convenient for people who like night life. Located right near a bunch of bars and reatraunts but still quiet and peaceful for sleep. Close to the airport and a great value. I definately reccomend staying here.

This place was really nice, location was great, the beach is only a few steps away from the villa. The area is quiet, and perfect for watching the sunset. The apartment was clean, and equipped with all the amenities listed in the description. Stayed there for a week and had no issues whatsoever. Anna was very helpful, and easy to reach for any questions. Overall, a great experience.

The home was stunning and well worth the price. Three of the five bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms which was very convenient. The pool was perfect for an early morning or late night swim and the views of the ocean were spectacular. The covered patio was great for BBQ's and keeping us out of the sun. The large and spacious home had a modern kitchen with all the major appliances, and several sitting and dining rooms to spread out in. The washer and dryer also made it very convenient too. If you are looking for a home to house your family in a beautiful and comfortable setting - this is it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first trip to Guam, and that was largely due to this listing! Not only was the host so welcoming and accommodating, but also they communicated so well. Upon entering, I felt right at home. The kitchen, bathroom, and Aloha Room were all exceptionally clean! There was plenty of signage around the home outlining rules, best practices, tips, etc. One of the best features was how close "Micronesia Mall" was (you could easily walk there as well as the grocery store right next to it). Beaches and touristy areas were all so close with a rental car. All in all, this was a great value and I want to publicly thank the hosts for their kindness and flexibility. I wish to visit Guam again in the near future! ^^

I took my mom and her friends (they are in 70's) for a get-away trip for 4 nights. The island was beautiful and the property was wonderful. It takes 1 minute walking to the ocean front from our room. Very peaceful. Friendly helpers and neighbors. 5 big stars! I def. will come again.

It was my first trip to Guam in 20 years.The accommodation was very clean and spacious, and the veranda had a panoramic view of the sea.It is well equipped and suitable for long-term stays because there are many equipment around the kitchen.There is also Don Quijote nearby, so it was a really good place to stay.It also has all the basic amenities, so there are few things you need to take with you.There is also a small gym and pool in the building, so you can eliminate lack of exercise.The host, Kukuri, is very friendly and will respond quickly to any issues that arise, and will also give you recommendations for places to visit.I would like to stay here when I visit Guam again.

Dina’s place is conveniently located and close to grocery stores and gas stations. The home was cozy and clean with plenty of little amenities that may be needed during the stay! Dina was very flexible and responsive when it came to any issues or questions. I highly recommend staying if visiting Guam

Vma was an excellent host, very responsive and friendly. The unit had split air conditioners in the bedroom and dining area. It was located in a convenient area in Upper Tumon. The easiest way to find the location using GPS, I found, was to enter "Lily Village Condo. " I highly recommend!

This is a cozy three bedroom apartment. We rented two bedrooms of it. Pretty inner design, excellent location (walking distance to beach). WiFi is strong. Assigned parking. Vma replaced the air condition in the living room the same day I told her the old one had some issue. And she also brought us bathroom and kitchen supplies when they run out.
