Holiday houses in Tumacacori-Carmen

We spent two days in this tranquil corner of paradise in early March. The name Birdsong lives up to the expectation. The retreat is in a quiet yet cozy location, easily accessible from Nogales, Arizona. The Kestrel cottage is unassuming from the outside, but the inside is very tastefully decorated, comfortable, cozy, and well equipped, and stocked. The retreat has a pool and an infinity jacuzzi overlooking the desert. We loved to sit outside and watch the sunrise over the Arizona mountains with a cup of coffee in hand and at sunset we were sitting on the opposite side, armchairs and watch the sunset, stunning views, exceptional bird life, and great relaxation. A very good value in our mind. We will be back, thanks for having us.

Such a lovely casita! Lawrence our host made all of us very welcome, including our toddler and two dogs. Our family have a great weekend exploring Patagonia and Sonoita.

We didn't want to leave. We've stayed in many places, including places in Tubac - if George's place is available when you're looking, stop looking, and book it! The location can't be beat. The casa is comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and it's private, "cool" and welcoming. George is super friendly and flexible - and he doesn't even charge a cleaning fee!!! We're already figuring out next dates (it's very popular), because we can't wait to go back. Thank you George!

Terrific stay in roomy, lux accommodation. The suite is very pretty with original artwork, lux amenities, and lots of small touches to immediately make guests feel welcome and comfy. Centrally located within easy walking distance of lively restaurants, handicraft and art shops, the Arts Center, the Presidio, and the shaded Anza walking trail. Highly recommend Tubac, and this AirBnB. Host was easy to communicate with. We had a terrific 3 night stay in this area and really enjoyed all it has to offer to visitors. Wish we could have stayed a few more nights!

This is a wonderful place to stay while enjoying Tubac and Green Valley. The home is comfortable, clean, and quiet. Its setting and decor are lovely. Since we were traveling with another couple, we especially appreciated two en suite bathrooms. The hosts communicated well and were available if we needed anything -- which we didn't.

Our stay at Rebeca's place was great. We were on a quick weekend trip for a wedding and Rebeca's place was the perfect location. It was warm and homey with lots of little touches that made us feel welcome. Rebeca knows the area well and had a great recommendation for a quick lunch during our busy wedding activities. Julie and Juan were gracious hosts for our 2-month stay in Green Valley. The townhouse is beautifully decorated and exactly as described. Everything was immaculately clean, and the kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals and baking. The neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed walking our dog and observing all the winter birds. We highly recommend their townhouse in Green Valley.
