Excellent accommodation, good location and very quiet area

The place is very comfortable to go as a couple , it does not need anything, the only drawback is the shower that there is eh do it "trick" so that the water comes out at a good temperature and even with that it does not stay, but in general good.

Magdalena was great and the apartment was very nice. I personally didn't spend much time around the immediate area (I mostly spent my time with a friend I was visiting) but it seemed very walkable. The kitchen is well set up and had plenty of cooking equipment and dishes, I only did a little pretty basic cooking myself but more would have been absolutely possible to do more. I'd just recommend bringing or buying something to store any leftovers. There was the usual noise you would expect in a city (traffic, people talking, music, etc), but usually by around 9pm or 10pm at the latest things mostly quieted down and all I really heard was calm traffic noise from cars going by and such. I would absolutely consider staying here again and recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay in the area, especially if they'll be staying on the longer side and definitely need the kitchen.

The apartment was very nice, had everything we needed. Cleaning of the spotless place.

The space that Xico offers is quite spacious and comfortable, ideal for resting near the Felipe Angeles Airport. Sufficient beds to accommodate large families (8 people). Her kitchen is sufficiently stocked and there are few but good options around. Access is pretty safe.

A very great experience for our large family of 15. We had a little hiccup the first night due to water/pressure situation, but Osvaldo was able to clear things up quick and we were able to manage through the days. A reminder that we are very spoiled in the US. We were out quite a bit but really enjoyed the home and pool the last day. Lydia was amazing and can’t say enough about how sweet and helpful she was throughout our stay. We would definitely plan another stay with Osvaldo if we come out again.

Good place to work and rest, this is the center of Tecamac where there are food businesses and squares nearby.

stayed here a year, good indoor parking, amazing taquerias near by, wifi is good for regular travel at 100 megabits per second, and is a very walkable neighborhood.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable, furniture and bed with good quality mattress, the main bathroom is large and the main bedroom has its own bathroom. It has a parking space for one medium car. We really liked the stay in the place, we highly recommend it.

Like the description and photos, super good value for money, it is perfect for 4 people, Claudia is super attentive and helpful at all times... Perhaps the only detail is that at night the blinds allow some light from the lamps outside to filter out the rooms, but from that point, everything is excellent. 👍🏼

Fernanda’s apartment is beautiful and has an amazing view of the mountains. The building is great, specially if you have kids. There is a really nice playroom as well as gym and a yoga studio you can use. Fernanda was very helpful during our whole stay and super responsive to any of our needs. We have family nearby and would definitely stay here again if we come back.
