if you are looking for a cozy, homey, and peaceful place at an affordable cost, this is the place to be. plus both Richelle and Romeo were responsive and made sure that we feel right at home and well taken care of. highly recommended!

Ms Joy is very responsive and gave a lot of information and recommendations before we arrive. Their caretaker Christian went above and beyond to help us out. We would definitely book again! The place is lovely and peaceful. And the views are amazing! My dad loved the serenity the place brings.

Everything was fantastic! The place itself was beautiful, clean, and absolutely perfect for capturing stunning photos. However, parking was a bit of a challenge. The sand was very soft, and unfortunately, our car got stuck. Luckily, the caretakers and neighbors were incredibly friendly and helpful. While a microwave for reheating leftovers would have been convenient, it's a minor detail compared to the overall experience. We had a great time overall, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the basic amenities were all there. The host was responsive and helpful, making the check-in process easy. The location was convenient, with a few shops and public transport nearby. For budget travelers, it’s a great find. It’s simple, affordable, and delivers what’s promised. Would stay here again!

The place lives up to its descriptions. Not only is the place homey but can provide amenities for cooking and above all, air condition / air cooling system as well as internet connection are great. The villa emits charm, calmness, and connection. Overall, our stay was memorable and would consider future booking for accommodation. Thank you Mariz for being a responsive host.

Great place for a large family get away. The place is beautiful and beachfront was amazing

The host is very accommodating, friendly, and well round off (feels like you have your own butler). Nanay marlyn (the cook) cooks very good dishes. You don’t need to bring baon because she can cook (filipino food)whatever you like. Over all the experience was great, cheap price, and homie vibes.

This accommodation comes highly recommended for those who want to stay in La Union. The house looks exactly as shown in the pictures — from the living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining area, pool, etc. It’s just a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. However, please note that the passage to the beach through the private resort in front of the compound is not allowed, possibly due to security concerns and difficulty monitoring guests. This place is perfect for large families, especially those with toddlers who love to explore. It’s spacious, clean, and relaxing. I would like to commend them for their clean swimming pool and jacuzzi. Ps. One suggestion for improvement would be to add more chairs or a longer table in the dining area, particularly for larger groups.
