Very friendly host, proactive communication after placing the order, the flight delayed arriving in the middle of the night on the day of check-in, Tianmingro has been at the airport, etc., Sister Jiqi met at the homestay.The homestay is cozy, tidy and clean, and every corner can see that we are taking care of it. Although the night of our stay happened to run out of water in the city of Kota Kinabalu, Jiaqi wanted to do our best to take a hot shower as soon as possible and busy in the middle of the night.Brother Tianming takes us on a day trip to the mangrove forest, ask us to eat coconut pudding, help us in the queue, explain it all the way. Their car is a comfortable and luxurious type of seven!The last itinerary is left from the Magellan hotel, they can also arrange transfers, and also take us for free to go to the University of Sabah, visit the floating mosque, shopping in the city, experience the Sabah massage.It was an honor to choose Jiqi in Kota Kinabalu and a great trip to remember!

The host was particularly friendly, I checked in at night and had a lot of questions to ask, she would always reply patiently, including needing to leave luggage would also recommend a nearby storehouse.Awesome! I'll choose you when I come back to Kota Kinabalu again😊😊

The place is wonderful and loving the vibe inside exactly like pictured. Although the pool is a bit loud at times especially morning if you are a late morning person. We are just delighted that the place is very new and clean. However the toilet drain is not a valve drain and the gas from the drain can be a bit smelly. Suggest that this needs to be rectify and change. Overall I still give a 5 star for the place because it really worth that rating. Will stay again with Queenie.

A great listing reinforces the experience of this trip in Kota Kinabalu, and the host kelvin was very well serviced to provide us with an early morning pick up.The home's living room is an oversized floor to ceiling glass with an invincible sea view.The location of the apartment is also convenient, going to the pier to take a boat is just a walking distance, a lot of shops downstairs are able to offer shopping and food, with the opportunity to hopefully come back to Kota Kinabalu for vacation.

Great place for a small family coz near da pool. My kids love it. We love sitting at the balcony, relaxing when da kids were sleeping. Will surely stay here again in our next visit! Tq!!

The surrounding environment and facilities are very convenient, and there is not only a small night market around the neighborhood downstairs, but there are many convenience stores and highly rated restaurants on the first floor.It is only seven or eight minutes away from the airport by taxi, and grab is only around RM10.You can walk to first beach to see the top three best sunsets in the world, it takes about 30 to 40 minutes, and it only takes a few minutes to get a taxi.

Good place to stay with two view.

The owner is pretty friendly with that super fast response for our demands and great trouble shooting even if we have some question during our vocation. The environment is clean and suitable for our choice which we have 3 kids. The surprised desserts for us is intimate just like treat us as their family or important guest. We like this feeling. It’s easy to get into famous and popular points in Sabah city by walking. We definitely will recommend this homestay to my family and friends.

Place looks just exactly like the photos. The space is overall pretty new and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Pasar besar/Filipino market just 2 mins away. Helpful staff for check in at the lobby during check in and check out.

It is very close to the pier, and it is also convenient to take a taxi.The owner was patient.

Absolutely amazing services from Sylvia. She was the one who texted us before our check-in. Very friendly and responsive person. As for the room everything is lovely and wonderful. Plenty of restaurants to dine in, convenience store available but no shopping centre but that is not an issue since the location is quite near to big shopping complexes. Only thing that seems to be a minor issue which is the Iron clothing is not great but other than that we are fine with it

Apartment was located in front of airport. Easily access by Grab/taxi. The place was clean, comfortable and suitable for family. Host was very kind, polite and quickly respond to all my inquiry. Thank you and definitely will stay again!

Our stay at this apartment was pleasant. The apartment was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were fully furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. We feel like at home and highly recommended to anyone if visiting to KK.
