Welcome to our little guesthouse in Jordan, Hong Kong. It's right next to Jordan MTR station and the A22 airport bus, for easy access to the whole city. This is a convenient place to stay & explore Hong Kong. As with most guesthouses in Hong Kong, we are upstairs in a mixed-use apartment block. There's a security guard in the main building lobby & an elevator going to our floor. Self check-in is optional especially when you arrive at late night. Please message me for details.

Pros: >Fantastic location - Between Austin & Jordan stations (5–8 min walk) and Mongkok Ladies Market & Avenue of Stars (25 min walk); plenty of nearby food options (eg. 2-dish rice); bus stops, Temple Street Night Market, and Kowloon Park w/in walking distance >Smooth check-in – Clear, easy-to-follow instructions >Great hospitality – Wai Yan was very responsive, friendly cleaning lady replaced towels and toothbrushes daily >Convenient layout – Main airbnb entrance right off the elevator, unlike others with multiple hallways >Useful amenities – AC, private CR with hot shower; common pantry with dining table, microwave, water kettle, and fridge Minor cons: >Like most HK homestays, space is compact but manageable >Beds might feel small for taller guests (tallest among us was ~5'7" and had no issues with this) >Street noise from passing vehicles, but not an issue for us after long days out Grateful to have found this gem—affordable, comfortable, and highly recommended. Overall, the host is very quick to contact, and the aunt is also very welcoming.The location is nice!!!!!!!Hungry at night just to go downstairs to eat.The only thing missing is that the air conditioner blew my head towards my head is a little painful (^ ^; too cold_(: з ")_

The place was perfect to stay in during our Hong Kong trip. The caretaker was very accommodating and informative if there are any other rules that were not mentioned but it was still the same as what was posted and agreed upon when booking which is great in my book. The room was justified for its price and what sold it for me was the availability of hot water when bathing as the country had a very humid and chilly climate every day. I definitely recommend staying here especially that it was very accessible to important places such as the famous Temple Street, near the A22 bus stop to get back to the airport easily and Jordan Station is just nearby to get to the subway metro when commuting. There were no hygiene or cleanliness issues when we checked in. I could see myself probably booking here again when I possibly get back to Hong Kong in the future.

The listing's location is walking distance from MTR jordan station. It is also close to temple street. And alot of convenient stores nearby. Also have McDonald's and Cafe de Coral nearby. The Host was responsive and the cleaning lady was very accommodating and friendly. And even the lady who was guarding the building assisted us nicely during check in and was very helpful. The listing's size is enough to fit two guests. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious. And the listing was being cleaned from time to time. Over all, a very beautiful experience for first time international travelers like us! ✨💕

Communication with the host was great and Check-in was very easy. The accommodation is definitely not the most luxurious, but is certainly good if you‘re looking for a cheap, clean and well-located place to stay in Hong Kong for a few nights. It has everything you need. Just be aware, that the beds are quite short and my be not suitable if you‘re tall.

We had an amazing stay in Wai Yan’s place! The room was clean and well-equipped, there was a microwave, fridge and kettle, the building was safe and well-located. Victoria harbour and plenty of MRT stops within walking distance. Many hikes easy access. Perfect place to stop for a few nights. Wai Yan and the cleaning lady were both lovely company and helped make us feel so at home 😀
