Great place has everything you need (loved the decor was so cute and cozy). Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Was visiting family in the area and this was right around the corner.

After 25 years in Albany, in my first visit after such a long time, it gave me a wonderful memory experience. A cozy, warm and very clean house. Overlooking Washington Park. Very convenient for vehicle parking. Everything was just great. Especially Llyod's fast, satisfactory and comforting responsiveness was so good. Actually the fact that everything, all the instructions was easy in order to enter the house. So, if I need to say it in one word, it was "perfect".

Super great location in Downtown, easy to locate and access, and super clean with a perfect amount on space.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gloria’s apartment. The space was impeccably clean, which speaks volumes about Gloria’s attention to detail and her high standards of cleanliness. You can tell she is a true perfectionist when it comes to maintaining her place. Beyond that, Gloria is incredibly warm and welcoming, always making sure her guests feel right at home. She was extremely responsive to any messages we sent, and if any issues arose, she was quick to address and resolve them. The apartment itself is in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of services and amenities nearby, making it a convenient and enjoyable location. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

We had a great few days staying at James’s apartment, although as we were there for our nephew’s graduation we mainly used the apartment for sleeping. The park across the street made for a peaceful quiet street, and we loved the old brick of the street. Parking was simple as we arrived after the 2hr parking ended for the weekend, and James’s instructions for getting in were simple. The place was super clean and uncluttered. We lived how close it was to Lark Street for dinner. I did have a little trouble with the back neighbors talking outside until the wee hours of the morning, but moved the air purifier to the bedroom for white noise the second night and slept super well after that! Wish we had more time to explore but enjoyed the Savoy Taproom on Lark St and Betty Boop diner a bit farther away!

Out of all my years on AirBnB, Cheri’s place has been the best stay I’ve ever had. It felt like I was right at home. The hospitality and stay was bar none the best I’ve ever had. You should do yourself the favor and book a stay!

Very clean and a perfect place to escape. Great amenities provided along with easy check in and check out.

MaryGrace’s place was perfect and had all the little things to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re visiting RPI or in town for any reason!

This home is authentic Victorian style and very roomy and homey. There are some stairs to consider and I got some increased fitness as a result.

this was a great place, great location and very private. only suggestion would be to incorporate music, via Bluetooth or some other form.

This was exactly as the pictures showed it was. Spotless, clean, and just the right fit for the 5 of us over the Christmas holiday. Definitely enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it to other families.

The place is a great location. Lots to do within walking distance and there is off street parking which is a major plus. Place was as described in the listing. No issues and the instructions given for check in were spot on.

An adorable, quirky place to stay near the heart of Saratoga Springs. Ellen was an amazing, helpful, responsive host! Many nice little touches like a fresh cookie for each of us, pretty plants, and a lovely vase of tulips made the space feel alive and friendly.

Sean was the perfect host— helpful, attentive, and responsive! His place was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. When we arrived everything was in order and we felt right at home in the space.

Ronnie’s Place was perfect for our stay! Highly recommend as a place to stay if in the Capital Region area as it’s locally on the outskirts of Albany. We were in New York to celebrate a Grandchild’s Sweet 16th Birthday” & “Holiday’s” This place was great for our family visit and made it easier on us. Everything was immaculate & clean. One of my favorites was the bathroom/laundry room it was so nicely decorated with items for laundry use but placed it these awesome essentials bottles. I may add something like that to my laundry room LOL. We didn’t get to utilize the other great amenities due to the weather. We differently will come back again soon as we travel to New York frequently.

I chose this place based on its homey description and modern layout. The hot tub was the cherry on top and a great way to unwind after a long day of driving. Very peaceful surroundings. Slept like a baby. Would definitely stay again. A few tips (not negatives, just good to know): the front door sticks a bit so give it a nice push to open, the shower and bathroom faucets take a few minutes to warm up and the bed’s mattress/pillows are on the softer end. I personally liked it and slept really well.

Victoria and Dave were wonderful hosts! They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They were very responsive and everything you could think of was provided for; from cooking essentials to extra treats and towels for the pool. My son loved the pool and walking trail behind the house. We really enjoyed our stay!

A peaceful, private, comfortable, extremely clean, place to stay. Pretty much has everything you need with the exception of “personals”. Perfect place. This was our second time staying and Miriam is fantastic to communicate with. Very friendly, welcoming, and responds quickly if needed. We enjoy the friendly atmosphere each flat provides. Definitely worth the price.

The apartment was very clean, very comfortable, and really spacious. Though not close to downtown, restaurants, and so on, the neighborhood was quiet and it was only a short drive to dining options and activities. We would definitely stay again, and we may well do so in future, as we have family in the area.
