We were 8 adults and 3 young children and we had a great stay. Ann was a great host and really helpful with everything. Would 100% recommend. Lots of amenities and everything is really well thought out and done.

Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had an amazing weekend at the cottage! It was the perfect setting for our weekend away! So cosy and surrounded by amazing walks and pubs. Also James and Jane were the best - so helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend!

We had a fabulous stay at Lois’ for a weekend friends reunion. Lois and Paul were welcoming and took the time to talk us through local information. The house had more sleeping areas than we’d realised, which was great. We used the pool and were delighted to find Lois had left us an array of treats in the kitchen. Thank you for having us, I am sure we’ll be back to this fab location.

Excellent instructions to find the property. House was clean and comfortable. There was sufficient plates, cups, glasses, etc for the number of people stating in the house, plus a large pan for cooking. The children who were part of the group appreciated the toys on the property. The park was quiet and well maintained. We would definitely consider staying here again for a family get together

Robs communication was great. Really helpful info given to us prior to arrival meaning we did not need to ask any questions while staying at the property. The property itself is lovely, lots of little touches throughout and everyone was really impressed. The swimming pool is a lovely addition to the property which we used one of the mornings and the hottub was very much utilised. Would absolutely recommend staying here and we will definitely be back! Truly wonderful stay - my parents and daughter travelled from Australia to spend Christmas with me and we decided to go to the Cotswolds (along with my dog). I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Tracey’s home had everything we needed, set amongst a beautiful, tranquil surrounding nestled on the lake. Picturesque views and relaxing surroundings. The house itself is beautifully presented - lots of lovely little touches and thoughtful additions. It was so easy to get around from the house to all different parts of the Cotswolds - perfect place to come back to after a days worth of outings. Nice hot shower and comfy couch and amenities. Restaurants and pubs close by within an easy four to six minute drive - dogs welcome! Thank you for a wonderful stay. It truly made our Christmas.

My friends and I visited the property over a weekend to catch up as we all live far away from each other these days. the house was a perfect for our needs and the town centre location meant we didn't need to use our cars for the entirety of our stay. restaurants, pubs and supermarkets were all within waking distance, and yet within 10 minutes walk you can be out in the countryside enjoying the fresh air. The host was really helpful and responsive and the house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was really well stocked with utencils and cooking implements etc, and having things like dishwasher tablets and coffee pods available made our stay really easy. Would definitely recommend and would use the property again if I was staying in the area.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The town centre is a perfect distance away that you can walk in in about 10-15mins but far enough away to not feel like you're staying in a busy town centre. Louise sorted us parking permits out and we easily parked 3 cars in the local streets, not right outside but this wasn't an issue. The house is great, 4 good sized clean bedrooms, a lounge, dining area and kitchen. Louise had left us a few goodies and some milk as a welcome gift, Tesco is a short walk away to grab any other bits you need and we had a lovely meal out locally too, plus lots of recommendations of good places to go. Thank you for a very lovely weekend.

We stayed for 2 nights with 5 couples and 2 dogs. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The place was full of character, comfortable and warm. Samantha was very helpful, kind and proactive and always quick to respond. we all had a fabulous stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Alison and Jonathan’s house. The house was even better than the photos, it was spotless and so well equipped. We were staying with another family and it was the perfect base for us to explore the local area with our children. Thank you so much for allowing 2 busy families the perfect space to relax and have fun together.

This is a fantastic place for a big gathering with great facilities. The location was brilliant for our needs & easy to find with the really good directions. Sally is a great host & very communicative. We will return next time we need a large flexible place for a big group.

Roz was a fantastic host, and extremely helpful. The house was great, perfect for our stay and looked exactly as the photos showed. Super clean and had everything we needed. Great location within Portishead and would 100% recommend staying here. We hope to come back soon!

Wow! You couldn’t wish to find a more beautiful setting for a cosy break in the Cotswolds! We had the most amazing time at the Barn. We stayed for just the weekend but wish we could have stayed for longer. The barn is a stunning renovation in a picturesque setting, immaculately tidy, spacious, beautifully dressed throughout, a little slice of English paradise. Our hosts Becky & Tom were so helpful and lovely, they gave us a host of recommendations, from restaurants, pubs and bars to local farm shops and walks. We were greeted with a variety of local treats on arrival. Communication was fantastic and they made us feel so at home. If you’re looking for a romantic break or a little peaceful getaway, you must visit the barn! We will definitely be returning and can’t thank Becky & Tom enough for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to go back x

Its a so cosy and convenient house, we family all love it, Gary is so nice and kind who gave us very helpful guidance during our stay.

We had a lovely long family weekend in this beautiful house. Lots of character and there was space for 10 of us and a dog! Hot tub was a piece of luxury and there was a lovely (although, warning very muddy!) 2 hour circular walk on the doorstep. Although we didn't visit, the pub looked great and we'd definitely make a point of visiting it if we were to return!

Lovely 2 night stay at Kenzie’s place. Spacious, comfortable home from home and comfortable beds. Parking space was an added bonus and within easy walking distance to centre of Bath via wonderful children’s park and approaching through Royal Crescent. Kensie is a helpful and responsive host answering queries promptly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

If your looking for a hidden gem you have found it !!! The accommodation is very large, cosy and extremely well equipped. We arrived last minute due to another air BB being sub standard and Sarah was so brilliant, we were checked to house within 30 mins. The inside of the house simply beautiful, spotlessly clean and so convenient to walk to Fordingbridge. The host sarah is absolutely amazing you really could not ask for a better host. Unfortunatly she could only accommodate ourselves for 4 nights, but then she went above and beyond to find us another air BB that her friend had available I would highly recommend this property.
