The accommodation is in a great location, right next to free parking, which allows you to do everything on foot during the stay. Just cross the walk on the pier to have your feet in the water. Do it again!

An unbeatable location!! The beach is just steps away. It is clean, comfortable, peaceful, and has all the necessities. I was pleasantly surprised because I think that it’s nicer than the photos convey. A wonderful stay - can’t wait to return ! 🙂

We had a great weekend in this tastefully decorated little house and very well located 100m from the beach, 5min drive from a supermarket and possibility to park in front of the house which is really great. We will be back!

We spent a very good week with our hosts. The accommodation is very well located, close to the beach and the city center of Houlgate while being quiet in a pretty subdivision. The hot tub and tranquility were a plus! Referring to this great place to stay.

House ideally located on the beach...the immediate proximity to shops is easy for a relaxing stay It's very nice to wake up with the sound of the sea and seagulls or a good reading in front of the very meditative sea.... Small, comfortable house a few metres from the beach. Perfectly well equipped providing everything you need for the stay. Quiet residential road 10 mins walk from town centre. Enclosed garden - safe for dogs. We stayed for 3 days. It was perfect.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Virginia is a great host, very available and friendly. The apartment is very cozy, tastefully and impeccably furnished, enjoying a beautiful terrace. The place is very quiet and relaxing. A big thank you to Virginia who allowed us to have a great stay in Villers sur Mer.

I absolutely loved the view of the English Channel and the changing tides and colors throughout the day. The kitchen was very efficient and the apartment was tastefully decorated. Dominique is a lovely, charming and helpful host.

Very well furnished apartment, very functional ideal for a couple with children, private garden, quiet 2 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes from the city center, 5 minutes by car from the Commercial Zone. Quiet, very clean, well equipped, I highly recommend it, the owner is very responsive and pleasant.
