Beautiful place to stay. Nice and quiet, great for taking walks. Nice view and so many northern lights! The Restaurant is probably what we liked most. Everything is local and most from the farm. The chef is very talented. Even the granola for breakfast is homemade. Bård and his Family are very welcoming and fun to talk to. Great stay

The cottage is cozy, peaceful, and set in a beautiful location, and Benthe was so kind and helpful. Wish I could have stayed more days! Highly recommended.

Hands down the nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed in! A beautiful, cosy and well-equipped home in a stunning location. A great base for exploring the sights of Tromsø and beyond. We were a large group of 8 people and the house accommodated us perfectly, with a second sitting room upstairs for the kids to chill out in and 5 comfortable bedrooms. We saw the northern lights from the terrace on our first evening and then in even more spectacular fashion on the big bus tour to Grunnfjord. We used the #28 bus to travel into the city centre- service was regular and comfortable and the stop is directly in front of the house. Download the Svipper app for the times and to buy tickets. We enjoyed cooking in the fabulous kitchen and watching the sunset over the mountains. The beds were so comfortable we slept like babies. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly and responsive. We really appreciated the welcome basket ❤️ We’d love to return. Thank you Thomas and Siren for a wonderful stay.

Our stay was great. The house was easy to find and get in. Tommy is a very communicative and supportive host. Everything was clean, easy to find and well kept. We found the view to be actually stunning, something we'll definitely remember. The area behind the house, into the mountains, has limited accessibility in the winter but will probably be an interesting hiking spot in the summer. We felt at home and would definitely come back. We had a good time in the cozy, well-equipped apartment with the great view. We particularly liked that everything was thought of: when we arrived, it had ice on the street and without the spikes that were ready in the apartment, we would not have made the steep last stretch to the house.

It feels just like home, as the apartment is well-equipped and located in a peaceful area. Roger and Tone are extremely kind, always available for any questions, and very responsive. The accommodation is ideally situated in a quiet part of the city, close to a walking trail and well-served by buses. I highly recommend both the hosts and the apartment. If we return to Tromsø, it will definitely be to stay in this wonderful place!

Lisbeth's apartment is lovely and located very nicely, a 20 minute walk from the city centre and 3 minutes from a bus stop or supermarket. The apartment had everything we need and made for a very peaceful and enjoyable stay, we would definitely return

Great apartment at Alta city centre, with lots of amenities really clone (supermarket, shopping, restaurants, bus stop). Beautiful view to the mountains. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful and modern the panoramic views were amazing especially if you are lucky enough to see the lights from the living room like we did. The hosts were very kind and helpful and easy to communicate with. The only issue is the place can be alittle hard to find as the GPS was not updated with some of the road closures. All and all a great stay.

Her house was clean, warm , and cozy, so it felt like our house.The view from the large window in the living room was so beautiful and wonderful. We were satisfied with everything, but the only regret was that we could not see the northern lights at the house because of the bad weather. And because it was winter , there was a lot of snow and it was slillery, so we cauld not walk out to the bus stop, so we had to call a taxi everyday. I think it would be fine in other seasons. Thank you so much , Crete & Reino. I hope to come again someday.

One of the best places and locations you can stay in Tromsø. Is it quiet and peaceful. The scenery is extremely breathtaking during the whole day. I saw the northern lights at this place at most days. It is 2 minutes away from a bus station that takes you to downtown and 10 minutes walk from a supermarket. Ørjan is really responsive and is a really cool and chill guy. He helped me a lot and was really flexible. I highly recommend this place. Couldn’t ask for more.

Ideal accommodation for a family with 2 children. Very well located , only 10 minutes walk to downtown The view is beautiful, we were able to admire auroras from the terrace.

We spent a week for my wife's 30 years here, the experience was unforgettable, beautiful morning view for breakfast and northern lights in the evening, it was perfect! Simen is a very nice and thoughtful host for us. Special mention for the sauna with a view of the fjord ++ Located 20 minutes from tromso, it's perfect to be more quiet than in the city for nature lovers.

We stayed at Ibens apartment for three days and it was wonderful! We were able to see the Northern Lights right from the eating table! The location was in walking distance to the city and we felt at home right from the beginning. We can highly recommend staying at Ibens apartment!

We had the best stay at Sigurd's apartment. Or was close to the water with beautiful views and easy to get into the main part of town or to the airport using local buses. The apartment was lovely and inviting with everything we needed. We loved everything about our stay and Sigurd was a fantastic host.

The location of Sissel's apartment is fantastic. Directly out the front is a bus stop where a bus takes you to the centre of Tromso in 15 minutes or less. You are also within walking distance (or a very short bus trip) of the main sights of Tromsdalen such as the Arctic cathedral and Fjellheisen mountain cable car. The apartment itself is exactly like the photographs with plenty of space for a couple to relax in. Everything is well-set up and in good working order to make you feel at home. We appreciated the tea, coffee and little treats provided by Sissel. From the living area you have stunning views of the fjord, Tromsoya and mountains. Sissel was terrific to communicate with: promptly replying to messages and providing information proactively. We highly recommend this apartment!

We stayed at the property in Tromsø for 8 days. Located in a beautiful place near a forest/park. The sea is also only a few 100 meters away. Check-in was very easy and straightforward (via lockbox). The hosts were also attentive, inquiring whether we are well or needing something. In case of problems, we could have easily contacted them (but there were no problems;)) The accommodation is small but cozy. It has everything you need there. We heated with an electric radiant heater, which worked very well and we had it pleasantly warm. We have taken a lot of excursions. Although the accommodation is just outside the city, it is still very central. It takes only about 10 minutes to get to the city from the nearby bus stop. The bus connections are also great in all other directions and you can quickly get from A to B. All in all a great place to stay!
