Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the district road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and was designed with a lot of love. The furniture are made of wood and exude a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with french. Balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes over daily maintenance in consultation). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible in consultation at any time of the day.

The 2 room apartment is 60 square meters and is located in a quiet one-way street. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a quiet bedroom with an 800 sqm garden. Just as quickly as at the cathedral you are also in the city and the hiking trail on the Gera starts at the end of the road. For my guests there is an espresso machine & a small supermarket is around the corner. The apartment is friendly and cozy, has a good atmosphere and is also suitable for a longer stay.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, near Kassel and is surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the door into the forest and yet only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with children) and large groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome and feel very comfortable on a regular basis.

The tram at the fish market is just 200 m away.Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity.The equipment is of high quality! A beautiful terrace completes the whole. The listed and traffic-calmed city centre offers no parking or paid parking.

There's nothing missing.

Great location at the foot of the Steigerwald, on the Gera cycle path in Bischleben, the bacon belt of Erfurt. The half-timbered house has been completely renovated in 2014. 65sqm, 4 beds, kitchen, bathtub, balcony - look at the pictures! The apartment offers a beautiful view from the 2nd floor. Parking right in front of the house.
