The house was beautiful and nicely updated with all the modern amenities and conveniences I could ever ask for. Adjustable king bed and heated floors in the on-suite of the main bedroom were an unexpected but welcome surprise! Nice location very close to bus routes and walkable to the Hidden Oaks Nature Center. Lyft and Uber were also very accessible, with cars arriving within 5 minutes of booking. The house was clean and well-kept. The backyard was very big and, if it were a bit warmer and we had more time, I could have seen us playing yard games in the sun. Andrew was very responsive and addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner. I would definitely like come back for another stay next time I’m in the area!

We had a great stay in Silver Spring! Were visiting family and also doing some sightseeing in Washington, DC. The bungalow was well located, and the perfect size for our family of 3. Our tween daughter loved having her own room, and the full kitchen meant we could stock up on breakfasts and snacks. The Metro is close with easy access to DC, and the Sligo Creek trail was great for a walk.

When selecting a property in AirBB, I'm careful to read the reviews of guests, especially comments about the host(ess). Hanna has glowing reviews. & they are well deserved. She reached out to me the morning of our check-in to welcome us & provide check-in instructions. At around noon, she sent a list of suggestions for groceries, restaurants & other amenities in the neighborhood, as well as of places to visit during our stay in DC. She was proactive every step of the way and this is huge, especially when arriving tired after a long road trip with family. The apartment was comfortable for our group of 4. It was super clean, well stocked & tastefully decorated. I wrote to Hannah a couple of times during our stay and her response was quick. There is a supermarket & shopping center within walking distance, which was very nice: if one person took the car, the others in our party were not stranded. We had a fantastic stay in DC, and it was in good part thanks to Hanna. 100% recommended!

Wonderful place. Great location in a beautiful part of DC. Just 5 min to the capital and Walkable to everything. The space was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood is amazing with all the old row houses different colors. It included free parking with was great too and the whole neighborhood felt safe. The host replied back quickly with any questions we had before our arrival. 100% recommend. We have zero complaints.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

I absolutely loved this home. I love older homes. Very clean and tidy. The host was very responsive. Left a beautiful basket of snacks for us and gave lots of recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Neighborhood was peaceful and safe. It was a 7 minute walk to the metro which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place and hope I get to make it back here again for another trip and reserve this house again.

A nice spacious house a 15 minute walk to metro with direct access to DC (yellow line). Great for travelers who want space to work from home. The fenced in backyard is great for guests and their pets to enjoy the outdoors in a quiet and private location. Highly recommend!
