Jay’s place was perfectly located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops. The place was as described and very clean. The restaurant right below the rooms is perfect for happy hour, dinner, but breakfast was my favorite. Will definitely be staying at Jay’s in the future.

Upscale neighborhood with a nice downstairs apartment. Had everything needed. Washer and dryer. Quiet and clean. recommend.

We enjoyed staying just a little out in the country. This was exactly what we were looking for. This was the perfect place for a complete get away from the big city.

Joey’s place is clean, cute and comfortable. It provided a very comfortable base for us to explore from in Trinidad. If you have the time we highly recommend driving the “Highway of Legends Scenic Byway” which heads West out of Trinidad and curves North just after Stonewall through Monument Park to Cuchara and La Veta, the road really lives up to the name. Thanks Joey for providing comfortable beds with plenty of clean linens, and a fully equipped kitchen for us to enjoy. Much appreciated!

My family stayed in Unit 3 during the holidays, and we were so grateful to have a quiet place that was easy to access and very comfortable. Checking in was a breeze, and Joey provided very clear instructions on where to park and how to access the unit. The unit was spotless when we arrived and included all the comforts of home we were hoping for. There were plenty of extra linens available, and we especially appreciated the space heaters in each of the bedrooms. There is a large outdoor space that was perfect for our pets. We had zero issues during our week-long stay.

My friends and I spent NYE down here and this airbnb was the PERFECT spot for us!! It’s so beautiful inside (matched the pictures exactly!) and the beds were super comfortable. Nicole and Kelly were quick to respond with any questions and overall was a great experience. Next time I’m in Trinidad I will definitely be booking this spot again!!

Nice clean place with dedicated green space and a great view of a mountain for a gorgeous sunrise. Dedicated parking, easy access, and quick communication made this a good place for a quick stay.

Jay was very accommodating and went above and beyond for all the requests we made. It's a cute little spot that's within walking distance of all the little shops and stores. It does get a little crazy at night with the people roaming but that gives some nice city character to the spot. Also great places to eat literally steps away once you walk out. I would definitely look at staying here again next time I visit.

Joey’s place worked perfectly for our short stay in Trinidad and was well located to the downtown area. Would stay again.
