Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Beautiful place to stay. Feeling at home. Great attention to detail. Large spaces both in the living area on the ground floor and in the living room on the second floor. Having one bedroom on the second floor and two on the ground floor with respective bathrooms allows, even if you want, privacy in the case of two families or parents/ children. Very pleasant garden with a very pleasant pool after a day dedicated to the wonders of Rome easily accessible by the train that leads to Piazzale Flaminio. On the stad between the house and the train, a great supermarket for shopping that combined with the delights offered from the garden allowed us to have very pleasant dinners under the pergola equipped with table, chairs and lighting. Ability to also relax with ping pong and soccer. Thank you Lucia for the beautiful stay that we hope to repeat with our children too.

Great home, right near the old town of Sutri. Many great cafés and restaurant in the area. Matteo was very helpful and always caring host.

Wonderful experience for lovers of tranquility and nature! Many naturalistic places to visit nearby, nice, clean accommodation, equipped with all comforts and a few minutes by car from the town center and the main services. We loved the garden and the surrounding green space, our dog Hati loved it too! Lorenza was very kind and always available! We will definitely be back🍀

Our hosting was excellent. Beautiful place and very clean. Andrea was very kind and at check in gave us a map of Rome with many tips on what to do and where to go. Simply great!

Thanks to Iris and Daniella, lovely ladies and superb hosts. Totally responsive, nothing too much trouble. We spend many weeks each year in Rome and when visiting in hot weather like an apartment that has easy access to the centre of the city and also outdoor space for sunbathing, eating etc. Iris place ticked those boxes for us. Ponte Milvio is a super area with lots of great places to eat and drink. A pleasant walk down to the amazing old bridge and you can drop down to the bus station and there is also a fantastic tram service. Very frequent, takes 10 mins to Piazza del Popolo. Romes public transport is so easy to use and exremely pleasant to use and cheap. It became a very enjoyably part of our trip. There is also a bus stop opposite the apartment to save walking to the station. The apartment is a home from home. Everything you could need. We had a very happy three week stay and were well catered for. The apartment's out door space is fantastic with an amazing outdoor kitchen!

Apartamento with a lot of charm, located in a quiet neighborhood, with many restaurants and walking distance to all the main points of interest (+-15€/Uber ride) . Very spacious for a family of 7 people, with a wonderful terrace, very usable in the months of good weather and cinema screen in the living room, ideal for the little ones.

This is a beautiful apartment that is in a premier location. Despite the central location, it was extremely quiet and we had a lovely stay! The host hid easy to work with, and everything was exactly as described. Would absolutely recommend.

We had a great stay in Rome. The house is centrally located to the Forum and close to some cool neighborhoods that we explored. Simone and Nico were great to work with and were responsive whenever we reached out. They even helped with our bags during check-in, which was great because there are a lot of stairs in the house. The stairs are worth it though for the outdoor patio with a view of the Forum.

In addition to the hot tub, there was even a boxing bag to work out and a PlayStation 3. When we arrived, Antonio even left us something to eat and also some drinks, such as water, beer and even sparkling wine. Coffee was also available. So really a great experience and lovely place!

Great spot! Makes me wish we stayed here longer to enjoy all of the neighborhood and beautiful terrace. Loved our stay.

This was such a great location…right across the street from the colosseum, a grocery store steps away from the front door, and surrounded by many excellent restaurants. We loved the patio and spent many nights sitting out there drinking wine. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and had lots of space.

Wonderful place with awesome View

If you’re visiting Roma, this is where you want to stay! The hosts were responsive, thoughtful, so kind! My husband wanted to surprise me for my birthday and arranged for flowers, chocolate and wine to be waiting for me when we arrived. They provided the absolute best restaurant recommendations. You are in the heart of everything! We walked everywhere. From the roof top terrace, you can see the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, the Monumento a Vittorio Emanuele II, and so much more! Beautiful sunsets! The space is perfection with everything you could possibly need, and then some. Very big space! The place is decorated so nicely, with thoughtful accents. We felt safe the entire time and I would recommend even to a solo traveler. If I could give 100 stars, I would! We will be back again and again, hopefully 🙏🏼

The one word to describe this place - unique. I had rented the apartment for the terrace, but found nice surprises on every corner. Every room, every corner screamed - different. Another word? Spacious and private. Two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, two great rooms to hang out at (that's on top of the terrace). There are even two little nooks on two different floors if you wanted a change of scenery. Final touch, there's a church bell on the terrace and the terrace is attached to an old church. Great sunsets and view of Tiber river. Book and enjoy - you will not regret. Final disclaimer, I loved multiple steps, both to and inside the apartment.

The apartment location was great. Well insulated and no issues with noise. The apartment size is ok for a couple. The bathroom and kitchen are small so keep that in mind if you are planning to cook. Amenities were provided.
