Via Ferrata tracks runs through a rocky terrain equipped with metal stepladder and wires which make the progression easier and fun. From the meeting point we will drive shortly to the parking place; then we will reach the via ferrata by a walking approach. After a quick briefing, about the gear and the safety rules we have to observe, we will learn the correct rope manoovers and climbing techniques enjoying the amazing Dolomites landscape!

From the mediterranean Bolzano to the supposedly most beautiful mountains in the world in the UNESCO World Heritage - the Dolomites. You only have few days in our area, but you definitely want to see them: the famous white mountains of the Dolomites. I will take you on an impressing hiking tour in the heart of the Latemar area, with varied paths, a stunning panorama and its lake, in a colour, never seen before. A day of hiking to exploring the most famous Dolomites. Make the backpack, I'll take care of the rest! We will take a walk through the pearls of the Dolomites, for an unforgettable experience! The Dolomites are the most beautiful mountains in the world, and the best way to explore them is to venture on foot through their trails. The car only allows you to see them from below, but walking through the white rocks, or reaching a panoramic peak is an experience you can't miss! We will discover together the iconic land from which Prosecco Superiore Mani Sagge is made. In the Wine Bar of the Estate, surrounded by the living landscape of the green hills, I will explain you our philosophy of winemakers and caretakers of the beauty. Walking up to the top of the ancient hill we will discover the meaning of heroic viticulture and Prosecco DOCG. We will then taste two types of Prosecco Superiore and the company’s Pinot Grigio combined with typical local products. We will offer two types of Prosecco Superiore DOCG accompanied by crostini with soppressa or other sliced meats of our production. On request, we will do our best to adapt the menu according to food intolerances, allergies or specific needs (vegan and/or vegetarian diet). Children and young people will find excellent organic fruit juices. Other things to note Comfortable shoes. Inform us in case of intolerances/allergies or special dietary requirements.

We offer you half day sailing school experience, along the Northern Coasts of Garda Lake. The departure is from the San Nicolò harbour in Riva del Garda.The first stop is near the Ponale waterfalls where you can enjoy a refreshing swim; then we will continue south towards the town of Limone, a stunning city on the west coast surrounded by the old yellow lemonaries. Here we have time for a sneak on board while the captain crosses the Lake towards the east coast, where we will admire the Castle of Malcesine. Before returning to the San Nicolò harbour port we will sail along the windy beach of Navene and Torbole. The fleet includes 5 sailing boats (from 8 m. up to 11 m.) equipped with all comforts and private bathroom on board. In case of bad weather, the experience can be postponed in agreement with guests. NOTE: bring a swimsuit, sunscreen, hat, and beach towel; in the low season bring gloves, a hat, and a rain jacket.

We'll meet in the cheese shop of Perenzin Latteria where I'll give you a company presentation in which I'll explain the main activity right from the very first origins. The company has more then 120 years of history! We then move on to the ageing rooms, where are collected a series of historical working tools and where you can enjoy a video that explains the basic aspects of the production processes. You'll discover all the secrets behind every wheel and you'll learn all the steps of the cheesemaking production. We'll then move to the unique "caveau" where hundreds of cheeses are ageing. We'll smell the scent of each cheese and you'll discover the secrets of molds and ageing process. I'm a cheese expert so come with all the curiosity you have and feel free to ask me whatever come to your mind! The second step of our tour consists in a detailed cheese tasting of 4 selected awarded cheeses with a glass of Prosecco DOCG! We'll go through all the aspects of a cheese tasting, from the different colors, to the fragrances and tastes. You'll learn how experts taste and judge cheeses! we are not going to visit the dairy during the cheesemaking process for health and hygiene reasons. L'esperienza continuerà con la visita alla cantina in cui vi illustreremo il metodo di vinificazione e gli aspetti della coltivazione biologica, con particolare attenzione alle viti centenarie del Cartizze, per poi concludere con una passeggiata tra i nostri vigneti. Degustazione guidata dei nostri Vini Biologici i cui vigneti circondano Villa Angarano, la nostra residenza concepita da Andrea Palladio nel 1548 ed inserita nella lista del Patrimonio Mondiale dell' Unesco nel 1996. Nella degustazione è compreso anche un assaggio del nostro Olio Extra Vergine prodotto dai nostri olivi che si estendono sulla collina a fianco della tenuta. Oltre alla degustazione si entra nella Corte Agricola e nella Barricaia dove i nostri vini invecchiano. Ed infine, tempo permettendo, una breve passeggiata tra i vigneti vi mostrerà la Villa dal punto più suggestivo.

Trento has a culinary tradition that originates from a survival cuisine, the typical Trentino cuisine is of poor origin but at the same time substantial. It jealously preserves the authenticity of its Alpine origins, but knows how to make the most of the many influences coming from the tradition of the neighboring territories, such as the Austrian and Venetian ones. Together with my enterprising grandmother we will cook some of the typical Trentino dishes: stew, polenta and mushrooms, risotto with radicchio and speck, potato gnocchi with tomato sauce or nettles, strudel, barley soup, or the famous knödel ( Bread Gnocchi). With this lesson we want you to spend a fun and relaxed day learning something about the Trentino culinary tradition.

Come with us to enjoy a fabulous day trying to catch all the secrets about how the most famous Italian foods and wines are made. Taste them directly where they are produced! Talk with the owners to understand the strong passion and hard work behind such great products. We will start the day visiting a local cheese producer, winner of various prizes for their great cheeses, where you will learn all the secrets of cheese making while taking a nice picture in front of thousand round cheeses while curing. You will taste several cheeses accompanied by delicious Prosecco wine. Then taste some high quality salami and cheese products in a unique location overlooking the beautiful UNESCO Prosecco Hills, while tasting 4 different varieties of sparkling Prosecco wine and admiring endless hills! A well deserved wine tasting experience in a traditional local winery, while learning and appreciating how this precious nectar is made. End of October beginning of November we start with the olive harvest, the maturation is at the right point and the days are sunny and lovely. We invite you to attend the harvesting process at Cervano and accompany our precious fruits to the mill, to then see the final result.

Let's discover Treviso, city of waters, a little hidden gem, with me, a local licensed tour guide! I will meet you in Piazza Borsa, in front of the Tourist office. This 2 hours walking tour will give you the opportunity of relaxing in the capital of the “joyful and amorous Marca”. We will explore this little medieval jewel and wander among canals and tiny roads, in this city which was so colourful and richly frescoed (some of them are still visible) to be called “Urbs picta”, painted town. We’ll admire the most picturesque corners of Treviso, like the ancient hospital or the fish market areas; we’ll walk through the most important squares, like Piazza dei Signori or Piazza Duomo, the religious focal point. You’ll see the most significant palaces, like Palazzo dei Trecento, and unique monuments like The Knights’ loggia. And if you love desserts and sweets, I will show you where the famous Tiramisù was invented! Feel free to ask any questions, also about everyday life or tips about the best restaurants, shops and so on.. Other things to note During the tour we might visit a couple of churches: it depends on you and on the opening times. I'll take you on a slightly sloping hike on a dirt road that lasts about 30 minutes to La Guarda, a clearing that has great views of the entire valley. There, sitting comfortably at the table, I will offer you a tasting of wine and local products. The place I take you is also rich in history. In the lawn there is a small chapel that tells the story of a miracle that has changed the lives of many inhabitants of the valley...
