Had an amazing time at D’Washington. Jamaica own me nothing but a good time. Shoutout to Mrs. Andrews , Bryan, Oscar, Mrs. Jay the whole team. They made everything extremely easy. Very helpful and patient. Whatever we needed they were there the entire way. If you are suggesting or how about this I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you all for everything.

The most perfect vacation! A++++ to Deserene! She stayed in contact while we were in “airport havoc”! Our flights cancelled due to bad weather and she reimbursed us for this mishap. Xox. When we DID get to Jamaica, God bless her! She had snacks waiting for us! Xox! The condo was clean, so lovely, and had EVERYTHING we needed: balcony, view, hair dryer, 2 hot showers, bathtub, eateries! We opted out of the all-inclusive pkg; worked to our advantage! She arranged all airport transportation and kept Richard informed as our foibles occurred. Entire staff was OUTSTANDING! Lounge chairs, towels, golf carts, chauffeurs were available! Wi-Fi was great - able to log in/out of my Netflix/YouTube accts. Live music nightly. And the PEOPLE! So kind, helpful, friendly, genuine! Everywhere! I did NOT want to come back to the U.S. where temps were -34 F with all the political angst going on! Thank you for your amazing hospitality and for sharing your home w/us! We want to return soon! The property has stunning views that were truly exceptional. It provided a tranquil home away from, which was exactly what we were for. During our stay in Jamaica, we chose to rent a car; however, for people who may not feel comfortable navigating a foreign country, taxi fares can be high. Murine, the house manager, was outstanding and treated us like family. Hector, the groundskeeper, was also very kind. Although we arrived late at 7 PM, Murine was there to welcome us at the gate, give us a tour, and clarify how everything worked. The kitchen is equipped with nearly everything one might need for cooking, and there is a coal grill situated by the fire pit. The pool is large, and the hot tub nice at night. We are looking forward to returning next year! As For supermarkets, HiLo supermarket offers the best prices, while Progressive Foods has a better selection, both have parking and easy access to other nearby shops. Then comeback and read the reviews to know what a beautiful experience you are about to embark on. From owner to manager and on-site staff this was a top shelf vacation. Speciall S/O to Annemarie you out did yourself. My family and friends appreciate the job you did. Andrew big up yourself your help crucial, suggesting places to eat, sightseeing. Manager and Owners we super dialed in with us, checking on us not intrusive at all. 50th bday celebration was memorable beyond belief. Thank you Thank you! I'll definitely be back.

A special unit. My host was excellent. A beautiful and safe location!

So this place is amazing. The host is also super responsive. We did not do the all inclusive as grocery store progressive 5 mins away. Resort was awesome. Pools beach activities all day and night long. I totally recommend this place. This place won't disappoint you.

Our stay at Casa Bella was wonderful. While the home was beautiful and location ideal, what really set this villa apart was the staff. Marlon, Nick and Ryan were warm, welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They take pride in their roles and it showed! Ryan made the most amazing food each morning and evening. He even took us shopping at the local market and helped negotiate prices. They made fresh squeezed juices and fresh tea from dried fruit leaves for us. We wanted for nothing. The home is in a peaceful enclave with amazing sea views. There are also mature fruit trees on the property that we were able to incorporate into our meals. Each bedroom was air conditioned and had a generously appointed en suite. It was great for our blended family. We could come together when we wanted, but also retreat back to our personal spaces. I loved so much about our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Jenny’s place was awesome easy access entry quiet place. She had a list of things that you can do in Montego Bay. She offered for airport service. She also had access to a driver that can show you around Montego Bay or take you to Ocho Rios for any excursion that you need it. Definitely will stay at her place again thank you. She definitely may stay easy in Montego Bay.

I enjoyed my stay at Noel’s place very nice and clean the younger children loved the pool. Best to have a car has there are no nearby shops. Also to mention there are a good amount of stairs to go up to get to the apartment which was a struggle will all the luggage. I would also recommend using uber or ID to get around if you have no car much cheaper. But my stay was very nice in a nice quiet area

David’s spot was great! We felt very safe and had a lot of privacy yet close to everything. There is an elevator for easy access to the Hip Strip. The photos are exactly what the place is and the price was great for that area. We would definitely stay here again.

Lloyd's place was certainly accommodating. Bedrooms were very comfortable to sleep. Living area was very hot, fans were available, but they only circulates hot air. A little disappointed that there was no TV in bedrooms. Location, perfect! Very close to the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

When I first booked this place over two months in advance, I heard from Jason within a day or so of booking. We spoke briefly through WhatsApp, and he let me know he'd be in touch in the future. Jason contacted me again prior to the trip and asked if there was anything specifically I needed for him to do. I did ask that all the windows and doors be closed, and this is when he informed me that the place had window mesh, or what we call window screens. He even mentioned that the doors had screens as well, which is great for keep bugs out. When we arrived, he left the key for us, but I'm going to mention this here that he has a lockbox listed, but there is not one on the property. I think a lockbox would be much easier and safer for both Jason as well as any guests arriving in the future when leaving keys. We were in a rush to go out and get food, so we quickly looked over the place and left our belongings, and we didn't come back until the evening, which is when we were able to observe everything, and I always take pictures of places I'm staying at. I mentioned a few issues to him, just to make sure this wasn't blamed on myself or my brother after our stay. The only issues that really bothered me was the fact that there was an ant infestation in the hall bathroom. We did use Raid on the problem 3 or 4 times before they finally went away completely, but that took about two weeks to become successful. Honestly, I was surprised to see that there were a bunch of dead ants in the tub as if no one had cleaned the tub prior to us coming, so we had to clean it multiple times because ants were constantly being killed in there. The only real issue I had with the place personally was the air conditioning. I picked the room that had the bathroom, and the AC wouldn't turn on at all because of an error code. Jason had someone come and fix it within two days, but just about a week later it started dripping water to the point where it soaked the dresser and floor, so he had to call out the AC Tech again, and the tech kept putting us off. The tech literally took 1 week and 5 days to finally come out and fix the issue. Jason is a saint because I can't imagine being this patient with someone who was so irresponsible and wouldn't even keep his appointments much more answer the phone or text messages! This also was an issue for me because the room gets extremely hot in the daytime, and even though I would only run the AC in brief periods, I wasn't able to run it more than 15 minutes at a time before it began leaking. The things I enjoyed about this place was the location. It's very close to Falmouth, there is shopping and gas close by, and the security is so strict that you better have your papers in place, or you may not be able to get into the complex. Many people talk about the safety issues in Jamaica, but this is not a problem for me, and staying here made me feel even more safe than I normally do. The place has grills on the front and back doors and all windows, which may seem like overkill, but it definitely gives you a safe feeling as well. There is parking in front of the home, but a vehicle that was previously parked there was taking up one side, but we were able to use the other side to park when we rented a car. The AC in the hallway would quickly cool the living room, so we didn't have to run it very long to keep it cool. Another amazing thing about this home are the fans! The fans are so powerful it's like having a helicopter over your head, and I can't say you can go completely without the AC, but the fans definitely makes it less necessary to run the AC for long periods of time. There are two fans in the living room that are fantastic, and even the small standing fan that's mounted to the wall can help to keep you cool if you sit on the largest couch. The fan in my room would help to keep me cool and even allow me to sleep through the hot morning because it was so powerful. I also love that he has chosen to put such large TVs in each bedroom. I'm used to my 55 inch TV at home, and I even shipped one out to make sure I would have one to use in my room, but I didn't need it because the 50-inch TV that's mounted high on the wall in each room is perfect with great picture as well as excellent Wi-Fi, and both are smart TVs. There is even a cable box in each room as well as the living room, which allows for you to watch many channels. I did bring my own Roku and media player, so I didn't use the cable box, but it's nice having this provided for us. The living room entertainment system is really loud, and there is even additional speakers if you want to play music, but I kept it quiet as I'm mindful of the neighbors. The kitchen was great as well. I really loathe gas stoves, but I was easily able to use this one. It's a new stove and very clean, and when I finally learned how to bake in it, I was able to crank out some wonderful treats for Christmas. Beautiful home. Definitely recommend. The house was very cozy. I loved that there was a private pool, lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy the outdoors. The food prepared by the staff was very good. The beach in silver sands is also very beautiful and a short walk from the house. I will definitely visit again.

extremely satisfying, i felt like i was having a real vacation while in a homely setting,i am looking farward to staying here whenever i go back to Jamaica.

We are 4 adults and 2 kids group. We stayed at Sunset 1 for 5 days. Villa is in a great location inside gated and guarded development, one hour drive from the MBJ airport. 5 min walking to the beach, great size pool and outdoor space and furniture. Laura helped with logistics of the transport to/from the airport and on the island. Villa was staffed with a house manager who was responsible for cooking, ordering fruit and other shopping and a house keeper who took care of the cleaning, towels etc. Both made our stay super enjoyable, delicious food included local specialty and other choices we asked for. Additionally, they knew everything about the the neighborhood, shopping options, and places worth seeing and were very flexible in accommodating to our schedule. Bottom line, we loved the place, the people and Laura was super responsive along the way. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved the house! It was in a gated community with a beach that was less than a 5 minute walk! The house has everything that you need, and matches the description! Lorna (chef) , Michelle (maid) and Ernest (pool maintenance) were amazing! Lorna your food is AMAZING! I wish I can take you home with me. Thank you and I will absolutely come back and stay at chase farm. Highly recommend!

Absolutely my favorite house to stay at in Silver Sand strictly because of the house keeper Ms. Dawn. She is an amazing cook and even better person always smiling, definitely will be returning soon
