Stayed for one night, place is clean and well-maintained. Location is conveniently located, close to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Cabie's place is at Cityland Tagaytay Prime Residence. Sobrang ganda ng unit at very accommodating si Sir Cabie and ms Cathy. Very recommendable for others. Also best for family bonding from 7 to 8 person. For sure mag stay ulet kami dito sa unit pero sa ibang pagkakataon naman and hopefully this year. Malapit sa lahat sobrang ganda pa ng view from Taal. Super thankful kami sa owner (Cabie) and sa agent (Cathy). Very satisfied customer.

The place was spacious, very comfy yung place, friendly din yung mga staff from the entrance up to the lobby, clean yung place and it really feels like home yung ambiance. most specially mabait yung host, will definitely recommend this place sa iba kong friends. 😊

The instructions going to the brick house is very clear and precise. the room itself is super clean and complete with extra amenities. We actually appreciate the 'honesty basket' because we forgot to bring toothbush and toothpaste, its very convenient that it was available to purchase in the room and also we didn't realize there was free water available too we bought water of our own pa. I would like to add that we had a brownout during our stay but ms. Lyra was very accommodating to us we fully appreciate it. 1000/10 star rating!

This is our first airbnb experience yet it exceeds our expectations. The place is great, I will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. For the price it is very affordable since it is good for 2 units. The place is safe and no noise even though it is New Year's Eve which we love it since we have a pet.

This was the 2nd time I booked Sherlaine’s condo unit for my relatives. Since I’m currently visiting the Philippines, I had a chance to view the neighborhood and condo unit. It’s a gate community with the common areas kept clean. Her condo unit was a good size for 4 people with the 2 bedrooms for privacy. I would recommend her condo unit as it was clean and just enough space up to 4 people.

The place is great because the location is Twin lakes. The room was very comfy,lots of closets to put our things, also very friendly for my furbaby. Beautiful view mountain. Forgot the free white wine but was sent ASAP even new year's eve. Thehost is very nice. The room was good aura where we had a new year,actually here's the most relaxing,stressful, no-pressure new year celebration. As in July 2024, this is already booked. January 1 at 7am, My cat gave birth to 4 kittens, so your accommodation was better. Don't worry about the cage when she gave birth. So the heart was super happy when we checked out because we were allowed to do a late checkout because we checkedin late too. Thank you. We will definitely come back.

Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

Great location : a few minute walk to Festival Mall with tons of restaurants and coffee shops close by; connected to Crimson Hotel (where we had breakfast & coffee on some days) adding to a more enjoyable stay Clean unit with washer: a studio that’s comfortable enough for 2 people with a great view of the city & Laguna de Bay; BGC and Makati are visible on clear days; has a small kitchen for basic cooking, microwave & fridge; the washing machine in the unit is very convenient, esp for a long stay. Responsive host: Alshey is easy to communicate with, she’s very flexible in letting us checkout a bit later and provided us with clear check-in instructions. I recommend this unit if you want to have the option to cook and for a good cost performance. Thanks again, Alshey for hosting us!

It's was an awesome stay. The lava lamp is really cool.

Unit is a great place to stay! It’s very quiet and peaceful though you do need a car to get around. The place looked exactly like the photos provided. Only problem was there were no hand towels to dry your hands when washing dishes and no rugs for the bathroom. The heater was also not consistent. Bathtub is bigger in photos so don’t expect too much. There’s parking in the vicinity and it’s for free and safe. Overall, it’s a great place and would stay again!

The place was great & relaxing. Added points that they allowed the pets to stay. Unfortunately my family went there at the time of typhoon, they were safe inside the room but unable to explore the view 😀. We will try again next time!
