Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tracy City

Amy was very accommodating and responsive. She allowed for an early check-in on short notice which was very helpful to us. Her place was in excellent shape and very spacious for a two bedroom home. The location is very convenient and located close to all the places we love in Chattanooga!

We had a wonderful weekend in Chattanooga with our friends and our daughter! We loved the location of the house as we were able to walk to many restaurants nearby. The house itself was perfect and had everything we needed. Nathan was excellent at communicating and even gave us so many local recommendations! Definitely a memorable weekend and we’d love to come back to this spot again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The kids never got bored for a second because of all the activities and games provided so we were really able to relax and enjoy our vacation. We would love to go back there again. Truly was a relaxing retreat at Waters Edge..

Stayed here over thanksgiving as a remote work spot while we climbed on days off. Was exactly what we needed for this trip!

The Tremont Treehouse was a wonderful place to stay! There were plenty of clean rooms with amenities and a very comfortable gathering place. Sunnie was very responsive and made sure that whatever problem we had was handled immediately (which is impressive as we were there the week of Christmas). She accommodated our requests and was very proactive in resolving any issues. One thing missing in the listing is the amount of stairs to climb. This is not a handicap accessible home, so make sure you're ready to get some exercise! All in all, this is a very comfortable home for families of all sorts. It is in a wonderful area and very close to grocery stores, downtown shops, local bars, and tourist attractions. Our family really enjoyed staying here for our holiday vacation.

This is a great place to stay in Chattanooga! Perfect for a couples getaway weekend, it’s close to all the lookout mountain activities, and has restaurants very close by if you’d like to walk. It is also less than 10 minutes to drive to downtown Chattanooga for more food/drink/entertainment options. Area is safe and the apartment is comfortable and clean. The parking pad is a little tight, but we fit a sedan and a 1/2 ton pickup truck on it without issue. There seems to be other parking in the area/street if needed too. We did not need anything over our stay, but Greg (the host) seems very responsive and eager to help if it’s needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in downtown Chattanooga! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The space was just the right size for two people, very cozy, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and charming spot in Chattanooga!

Charming, comfortable and quiet, Adrienne’s apartments are immaculately managed. A perfect location in an historic North Shore neighborhood, you can easily access everything Chattanooga has to offer and then return to a cozy, relaxed ambience with lots of natural light. The apartments are well equipped with anything you might need and are beautifully decorated with colorful, local art (some of which are signed by Adrienne!). We even decided to stay in one day because the apartment is so inviting; as is the sunny front porch overlooking, during the season, a flower-filled yard. Adrienne is a friendly, thoughtful and responsive host. She takes exceptional care of her property. As a guest your comfort and enjoyment are her priority. You will be lucky to stay here!

My family and I stayed at Lauren’s place (3 young kids and my husband). It was the perfect location! We walked over to the Chattanooga choo-choo grounds a couple of separate days just to let the kids run around on the lawn with some of the other children while my husband and I had coffee in the morning or a cocktail before dinner. We were actually in town because my husband was running the marathon, and it was the perfect walking distance and spectator site for that as well. We will definitely be back!

Of my many numerous Airbnb stays, this one with Bonnie rates among my highest. Bonnie was an absolute delight as a host and a person. She thoughtfully anticipated our needs and was highly accommodating for check in and check out. The living space exuded a magical and welcoming vibe. It was conveniently located to downtown Chattanooga via a short drive. Thank you for an amazing and rejuvenating getaway!

Love the location. It is an easy walk to the heart of downtown. Especially loved being right across the street from Parkway Pourhouse. Great food and drinks and we went there several times.

Very clean, quiet and parking was literally right out the back door. Close to our favorite restaurants. Would definitely book again when coming back to Chattanooga!

Our stay here was perfect! Very walkable and great location! Clean, cozy and loved the unique decor. Honestly, I wish we wouldn't have been so busy around town so I could have snuggled up on the couch with one of the many books Missy has! I would book it again if we go back to Chattanooga! P.S. Do yourself a favor and get the burger from Main Street Meats, which is like a 30 second walk from here 🤤

This was a great place to stay. Though a smaller condo, it wasn’t crowded and still has a very open feel to it while utilizing the space well. It was clean and inviting. Within walking distance of everything we needed and felt safe everywhere we went. There’s a lot of revitalization going on in the area, creating a beautiful blend of architecture and style. There was some construction going on with the building next door, but nothing the host could control and honestly, it didn’t bother us. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit if it’s available.

The apartment was very conveniently located for everything I wanted to do, very easy to access by car and close to the river walk for walks or jogging. I used the gym a couple of times too. The apartment was mostly well equipped and it was easy to feel at home. The only downside is that the laundry is right in the middle of the apartment with no sound barrier, so finding time to do any laundry is not easy. Also someone might have left some wet laundry in the washer for far too long at some point. Otherwise, the hosts were friendly and responsive and the location was just what I was looking for.

Perfect for our family of 4. My son attends UTC and shares a house with a roommate so when we visit we usually get a hotel. Decided to go the airBNB route this time and very glad we did! We will definitely rent in the future! We walked over to Oddstory Brewery and enjoyed a beer while playing a game of Uno. lol!! Food City is very close for any grocery needs and it is such a nice store! Has a little bar up front, a Starbucks, fresh hot popcorn and a hot food bar. Insomnia cookies right next door too! Airbnb was modern, clean, and comfortable! Thank you, Talitha.

Such a cute and homie place! The pictures perfectly described the place and it did not disappoint. Host responded quickly to anything we needed. It was easily accessible to restaurants and activities, and a nice stroll to get there. I hope to go back soon and will be looking for availability for this space!
