This is a wonderful property! I was in town with a family of four and the accommodations were perfect! Stuart was very responsive and arranged for an early check-in when our flight arrived earlier than expected. When we checked-out of the property and left something valuable behind, Stuart was extremely responsive and helped us to quickly bring the issue to closure. I would stay here again if ever back in the area. Stuart is a great host and treated us like family.

Wonderful BnB! The view in the morning is something I will miss, the lake is perfect for a run or a stroll. close to station, town, shops, cafes and bars! Idealistic for a couple just landing in Oz and wanting to explore. Host was amazing and super helpful! 😊 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This Airbnb is spacious and light filled. The kitchen has all the appliances you could ever need. There are two fridges and everything you could possibly want to prepare your own meals. It is tastefully decorated and peaceful. It’s a short walk to many restaurants and bus stops. There are books, board games and magazines, and a beautiful fireplace which we didn’t actually need to use. The house manual is clear and concise.The aircon is efficient and easy to use. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had a lovely stay here.

Our stay in City Beach was wonderful. We were so appreciative of Rachele quickly responding to our last minute booking. The property was so much larger than we expected with a huge kitchen, multiple living areas and a nice outdoor space. We especially loved the play area with comfortable couches and lots of toys and books for our almost 2 year old to enjoy, as well as the little park behind the home via gate in the backyard. Rooms were impeccably presented and cleanliness was great throughout. Also wonderful that the property is pet friendly and our dog could join us. Just a note that there is a pet fee is in addition to the listing price, I overlooked that in my haste to book ☺️ It would be the perfect place for large groups or families to come together and we plan to come back with the extended family in the future. We had a fantastic stay at Lyda’s place. The house was perfect, great for kids with plenty of toys and space to play outside. Excellent location in Subiaco with everything on your doorstep. We had beautiful beach weather all week - cracking holiday in a great spot

The house was beautiful, clean and the hosts were outstanding The balcony was top notch. The metro was close by so you can get around easily Plenty of restaurants in the area I would definitely recommend staying here Thank you so much for having us!
