Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Town 'n' Country

Wonderful stay at Gwen and Ricks! We were welcomed with fresh flowers in several rooms, and croissants for the morning to go with coffee out on the front porch. The cottage is clean and cozy and very homey. The kitchen is outstanding due to being well stocked with nice pans and utensils! One of the best we've experienced. We had the opportunity to meet Rick and he was SO nice! Gwen took great care of us and even had chocolate kisses for us. We would definitely stay at their place again next time we are in St Petes! It's a great location too! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

WOW 🤩 I had such a beautiful experience staying in Marilyn’s AirBnB. Her apartment was complete, extremely clean, beautifully designed, with the most thoughtful touches to accommodate a peaceful and restful stay. I was able to meet Marilyn and she is the kindest and most lovely host. I highly recommend her apartment to future guests.

Host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. This was our first time renting an Airbnb so that was so helpful. This is a great condo with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and more.

My friends and I wanted a place that is central to Tampa downtown and beaches for a weekend. This place allowed us to get to our desired spots easily. Very clean and comfortable / functional. Great place !

Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

Sid was very responsive and his place meet all of our needs. Comfortable, clean and the hot tub was fantastic.

Felt safe, despite initial concerns over the neighborhood. The furnishings are not ideal for someone with mobility issues, as everything is either very low or very high.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and varies restaurants. The place was squeaky clean and it had a refreshing feel to it. Andrea was a great host who communicated before, during, and after our stay. I definitely will stay here again when in the area.

We had a great stay! The surrounding area felt safe and was in a convenient location, close to Tampa, grocery stores, gas stations, and more. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, just as described. Hector was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even when we arrived a bit earlier than expected (we let him know 30 minutes to an hour in advance and had no issues at all). Would definitely stay here again!

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

Peter's place was immaculate, views were perfection, and everything we needed for a fun beach day was already there! Contrary to other reviews we had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys! The condo is spacious and the kitchen itself has everything you need as well. Our bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion if needed and there are PLENTY of towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were soft too. Great added touches! We didnt need these items but noticed there was a high chair and a pack n play in the closet along with extra linens and things needed. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you wanted to keep up with laundry which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the views and our stay here and can't wait to return!

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. The place was great and perfect location to enjoy the beach right across the street and also watch the view of the boats from your balcony. Loved the ease of walking to the nearby shops at John’s Pass and restaurants. Quaint and cozy for my girls weekend. Very safe area as well to walk freely at night.
