Kevin was friendly and helpful. The cabin was exactly as described- rustic, but cozy and just steps from a spectacular beach. I fell asleep to the sounds of waves crashing on the shore and the fire in the wood stove crackling. A very relaxing place to unplug. Thank you Kevin.

Matthew was super easy to deal with and his place was perfect for my stay, I need a place for a month for work and felt right at home. His house has every thing to cook great meals and chill out. I like to run after work and the sanctuary is right around the corner and that leads to the beach. Definitely recommend for longer stays.

Ainsley's Rainforest Studio was an extraordinarily peaceful place to begin and end every day of magical explorations in Masset. The space is beautiful. Tidy and bright for being tucked in the forest, from the moment we parked on the driveway, and then entered a privacy screen made of alder branches - there was tranquility. A meticulously placed driftwood log pillar inside the Studio hints at the proximity to the quiet beach just across Tow Hill Road. A truly wonderful place!

Had an excellent time at Jess’s place! This was my second visit and I’ll come and stay again next year. It’s located out near North Beach so it’s super quiet and private. Nice and close to the huge sandy beaches and Tow Hill. The living space is really nicely decorated and cosy. The kitchen has everything I needed to cook meals. Jess’s partner Patrick had a huge pile of perfectly chopped and seasoned wood for the fireplace and lots of kindling at the ready. Even the outhouse is pretty charming. Yep, 5/5. Thank you Jess & Patrick!

We have stayed at Shelagh's place in the past and it always feels like home away from home when we visit. We will be back!

The sauna was amazing and the cabin was even better than we expected in a perfect location for exploring the masset and tow hill area. We can’t wait to come back.

Overall the place was great, I’m sure that once the construction on the downstairs is fully completed it will be even better. Just a heads up the living room is quite small and only fits three people comfortably, and the only TV is in the bedroom so if you’re sports or movie fans be prepared to watch games or movies etc on a laptop in the living room. The bathroom and kitchen are spacious and fully appointed with new appliances and the beds in the loft and bedroom are very comfy.

A perfect little cabin in a fairytale forest with just a short walk down the property to the beautiful north beach! Lots of chopped wood was provided for the wood burning stove and there was drinking water a plenty. Everything that we needed to cook our meals was present in the kitchen. Just make sure you bring lots of ice for your coolers and you can easily stock up on more in Masset. The shared garden shower had on demand hot water and was just a few steps from the cabin. The bed was comfy and sheets and towels were clean! We couldn’t have asked for more! Overall we had a very serene and lovely stay! Thank you Meredith!
